It's when a person dupes another by pretending to be someone they're not online.

The women think they've been speaking to Charlie because someone is using his photo and pretending to be a great catch and utterly charming on a dating site (or other social media). The idea then is that they scam the women for money and disappear.

Possibly - it's just a guess.

You basically just need a picture from social media of someone who looks trustworthy, nice etc. It's rarely about the person who's photo it is. Just someone to get the grannies opening their.... Purses

A good shout but would that not show up on the bloods/tox screen/urine tests.

Also I think Ollie is genuinely concerned and has no idea what's happening to him or why so would have told Rash. That being said he was looking emotional and chewing on his jumper sleeve

Oh I don't know, to be fair the scriptwriters probably have no clue where it's going yet either!!

I think David was taking Lithium and' from the NHS wend site, the side effects don't really match plus it is detectable in blood as you need to have your levels checked regularly if taking it.

Did anyone notice that Rosa seemed to have some meds in her bag when she was fumbling around in it? She accidentally revealed the box but quickly pushed it back in?

Yes, and David challenged her about it in the end and she reluctantly confessed that she had been to her GP who had prescribed anti-depressants.

Rosa deliberately poisoning Ollie is too obvious. I think she's having a hard time with the menopause (rushing outside for some air as if she was having a hot flush), but there'll be some accidental but innocent way that she's giving him something. Maybe too high a dose of multivitamins (in an effort to keep him healthy after losing Gabriel) giving him iron poisoning, or she's cooking a particular food just for him in some sort of traditional pan that's leaching heavy metals, say.

The remarkably quick toxicology report was "inconclusive" which I would have thought rules out most poisoning though. They said it would have to be someone knowledgeable enough to use something that isn't readily spotted.

What sort of things does that leave?

Remind me what the symptoms are? Aren't they quite non-specific? Maybe the scriptwriters have kept them vague as they've not yet decided which way to take this plotline? Couldn't they be related to the trauma he had when he was so ill and Grace saved him with the illegal (as she's not trained) medical intervention?
