PSA.

Back on Wednesday 7.4.21.

I’ve been watching online. It’s an absolute belter of a season back on top form. Can’t wait to watch again.

OP posts:
TSSDNCOP · 16/05/2021 14:51

Agree Koracick can also stay

Shitfuckcommaetc · 16/05/2021 15:00

I just don't find any of the characters or storylines interesting anymore!

It's turned into a proper snoozefest

juicey09 · 16/05/2021 15:03

Jumping in here!! I'm a bit GA fan, recently been rewatching from the beginning and the current ones. I do watch S19 as well but like you've all said, hate the cross over. De Luca deserved a GA ending - not S19, yes he technically died on GA but if you don't watch S19, it all happens off screen.

I too wish the covid stuff would stop. Meredith needs to recover and it all go back to normal.

Maggie is getting increasingly annoying and boring. I love Link - constantly walking about the very obviously fake baby in that huge blanket. I like him and Amelia.

So much more I could say!!!

ElderMillennial · 16/05/2021 15:12

The children were in the last episode.

covetingthepreciousthings · 16/05/2021 15:46

@TSSDNCOP

Jesus but S19 is DULL. Race off, polish fire station, race off, polish fire station, compete for shiniest fire station and then...
Grin
SpanishFly · 16/05/2021 15:57

I realised what a total prude I am, when amelia and Link couldn't go near each other so had a naked play with themselves in front of each other 😳

SleepingStandingUp · 18/05/2021 14:09

It did seem a... bold choice ..... considering all the kids in the house. I mean I'm not sure naked garden sex is a thing unless its v dark and you know no one will see you

Fedupwantchocolate · 20/05/2021 16:39

I'm soooooo disappointed with this season. Been a totally devoted fan since day one but the S19 crossover plus the content lecturing is doing my head in. If I have to listen to Maggie or Avery do another monologue I'm going to have to switch off for good.....RIP GA.... What is it with all the politically correctness in American TV shows at the moment. I also love The Good Doctor but that has also started with the lecturing..... I want my TV to be escapism from the real world (as let's fact it, real life has been pretty shitty this past year).

MrsHuntGeneNotJeremyObviously · 20/05/2021 21:08

I think the writers are really trying to push Maggie but she's just not interesting, no matter what they do with her.
This past one was a bit of a filler episode really.

Boredsillyathome · 21/05/2021 09:31

I didn't particularly enjoy this weeks episode I was on my phone for most of it, it's lost its spark the storylines aren't as good as they used to be, after 17 seasons I'm just not enjoying it like I used to

AddisonMontgomeryShepherd · 22/05/2021 08:04

I'm at US pace so slightly in front of the UK.
What episode is the UK on at the moment?

I do watch S19 but agree the crossover episode was ridiculous! There's been a couple of episodes of both this season I really haven't enjoyed but I have to say the last couple of episodes of Greys I've really really enjoyed. Although it feels a bit like wrapping up so I don't know how they are going to go with next season. I've cried happy tears at the last couple of weeks Blush

Political correctness? You mean actually speaking up about racism? You don't want to hear about it.. imagine living it! Hmm

Do you mean addressing racism? I actually think it's good that they are tbh, Shonda Rhimes is in a powerful position and I think she does address issues well using Greys, going back a bit but the episode where they had a patient who was sexually assaulted was very well done I thought.

GoingGently · 26/05/2021 19:16

God this series is an absolute steaming pile of crap... that is all!

Justme10 · 27/05/2021 00:40

What a load of shit! A whole hour of teddy Hmm

Boredsillyathome · 27/05/2021 07:55

What a boring episode I was scrolling on my phone for most of it!

vjg13 · 27/05/2021 12:48

What a poor episode, I fast forwarded all the Teddy fantasy/dream bits so at least it was quick to watch.

SpanishFly · 27/05/2021 13:06

What a dire episode. I've never cares at all about her, so definitely didn't need an entire hour of her pish.
It didn't even occur to me that anyone was bothered about her, she's so unlikeable, she has something annoying about her facial expressions when she's "acting", and has no oomph about her whatsoever.
And I'm so tired of the beach scenes.

For a programme I used to adore and got so much from, it does zero for me now.

Justme10 · 27/05/2021 14:22

I have actually enjoyed the majority of this series, except last night.
But it's definitely not the fun, drama filled programme it used to be.

vjg13 · 27/05/2021 14:40

I've really disliked the dreadful beach scenes of recent weeks too.

Cherrypi · 28/05/2021 15:23

I'm preferring station 19 now to Grey's. This episode was really trippy and dull. I wonder how many fictional characters died in the twin towers overall.

Papergirl1968 · 29/05/2021 22:04

The Teddy episode was self indulgent crap.
And it felt wrong to use 911 for entertainment.

TSSDNCOP · 31/05/2021 13:19

Teddy, Owen, Amelia and a dead girl for a whole episode.

I think Shonda was busy on Station Bore Bore Bore (although surely that writes itself: fire, polish, line up, inspect, repeat) and let the work experience kid write this utter drivel.

LadyGAgain · 05/06/2021 21:39

Why are they always wearing PPE which has gaps everywhere? It's shoddy. The pipe down the back is meant to depict the O2 yet you can see the gaps and hair. How can a show that's been around this long get this attention to detail so wrong? It's lost all cred.

I've thought this about the mask wearing and mask handling on the show too. Think in some scenes they just put the masks on the desk when eating in the canteen etc.
