Back on Wednesday 7.4.21.

I’ve been watching online. It’s an absolute belter of a season back on top form. Can’t wait to watch again.

The pacing of this season was really weird.

We had entire episodes where the storyline barely moved on at all (Teddy's dream, Jackson's trip) then they tried to cram eight months into one episode. Maybe they are fed up with the Covid-19 aspect of the setting and wanted to get the timeline through the rest of the pandemic as quickly as possible?

This seemed to be the "long Covid" episode, and proposals, marriages and adoptions just had to be fitted in willy-nilly.

Agree it was a very confusing episode, and wtf was Meredith wearing to the wedding? Thought Maggie’s dress was beautiful though.

Maybe I’m being thick here but I didn’t realise that was the last episode of the season till I just looked in the TV guide and saw it’s not on this Wednesday!

Neither did I. I know a lot happened but I don't care about a lot of it. Tho I'm glad for Jo but wonder about the fostering plan

Bit confused about Jo. She got turned down to have Luna, so asked Linc to officially apply to her, while Jo did the actual looking after her? But then Jo ended up bringing her home anyway. So did Children’s services have a change of heart, or agree to just let Jo foster short term or something?

It was all so rushed, wasn't it. A disappointing season end. Memorable only for Meredith's cardigan

Linc just handed her over, filled it out form for her but Jo will do the caring, nothing can go wrong there

I think Jo got a shit-hot lawyer (hence having to sell her share of the hospital to Koracic) who got her custody of Luna. Linc was fostering her in the interim to stop any other family getting in there and adopting her

Ah OK good. Apologies I obviously zoned out. Just finished season 2 on Disney, really enjoying.

Karev was given his shares by Cristina when she left which he then left to Jo who sold them to Koracik.
I hope this means we haven’t seen the end of Koracik because there aren’t many interesting characters left. Amelia is getting right on my nerves.

I've just caught up on the last three and I can't believe that was the end!
Nothing happened all season then it was rushed into the last episode

In a way I'm happy there is another season because I would of been annoyed had that been the end of greys.

This season was so incredibly bland. Aside from the parts with departed characters, I really struggled to stay focussed. We’ve lost yet more long-standing characters and I just can’t connect with any of the new ones.

I’m also not sure how many more brain tumours and near death experiences I can take. It’s become so far fetched and hard to watch. Such a shame as I really loved the earlier years, but the last few have been hard going.

Also… that cardigan

I've been really behind on Grey's but slowly catching up, I've just got to the Jackson episode and I could have sworn Matthew had died!? I was surprised he was alive!
