The Bill is coming back, but re-named Sun Hill, with original cast members. So I wonder if we see Jack Brennan written out soon, as the actor was originally in The Bill.

I always liked him The Bill, but thought he never quite fitted in Eastenders. He seemed to overact.

Admittedly, I missed a good few weeks there, but the whole Whitney and Kush thing seems a bit ridiculous to me. I like them both and think they could have been a good couple, but it was all so fast. I mean, engaged??

Yes it was very fast. Ideally they’d have let whit and kush’s relationship develop over a longer period before killing him off but I guess maybe he wanted out?

Yeah. It's just rubbish to see Whitney with another miserable storyline. I wonder how she feels about how her character has developed.

Yes, the actress who plays Whitney does the grieving hurt victim very well, but please scriptwriters, give her a break.

Let Whitney have a happy ending - there is only so much angst that is plausible for this character.
