Looks like the sort of grub I like - I lived in Singapore for a year quite a while back so ate a lot of Chinese/Malay type dishes

Agreed I don't understand the black food trend. A cafe near me did the charcoal croissants before lockdown, put me right off. Imagined my teeth would have been a fright after.
