I am feeling a bit sorry for him, he will have gone back to work with his reputation as a good cook trashed like a deconstructed Black Forest gateau covered in melting chocolate mousse.

He sadly reminded me of the Timothy Spall character in Life is Sweet. Liver in lager - but with more expensive ingredients.
