Fizz was excellent tonight I really felt for her and I’m sure a lot of women could relate to how she was feeling, the scene between her and Alina was well written which took me by surprise as it’s been so dire recently, a glimpse of the Corrie I used to love.

I was expecting Fizz to slap Alina in the style of Sally/Natalie.

I’m glad it wasn’t the usual over the top dramatics, Fizz quietly threatening to put her teeth in a jar was far for effective!

Kirk and Fizz were an item, weren't they? And there was the whole kevin Molly thing which Sally must have in her mind. Life can be so dull, that's reality.

Fizz... excellent acting. It was good scenes and maybe I've read too much on here, or maybe the writers have read how men react to being caught out... but it was spot on and realistic. Tyrone trying to take her for a meal and not knowing what to say when it's all she can comment on. And her sharp sarcasm about it was spot on.

I find the online kathy and whatshisname stuff really stupid. Do people really start painting TROLL on a shop window?

I thought it was "best hair" as well! He then went in to describe the beautiful red setter that used to come into the kernels.

Sally the smug bitch. Wallowing in Fiz's misery. Has she forgotten Kevin was shagging Natalie and had also fathered another child outside their marriage. At least Tyrone only kissed another women.

It was Tyrones child that he fathered, as it were. Kevin never seems to think of the trauma of his other wife and baby who died.
But nobody ever mentions it being an anniversary of a late partner, a fire, a tram crash or whatever. Except Jonny and Jenny.

Kirk definitely said "best hair". I thought it was quite a sweetie slightly clumsy, compliment.

Why were they able to do a quiet scene, no shrieking and just sad.Not melodramatic.

I loved Kirk's compliment about her hair. Like two left feet but well meaning

I like Kirk. Although the character is portrayed as being not very bright, he often comes out with some very astute observations.

I agree that Fizz was brilliant, and I really felt for her. Alina is a cheeky so and so expecting any protection or warning, you play with fire prepare to get yer fingers burnt girl!

Oh yeah of course Jack was Tyrone and Molly's baby wasn't he. I did remember but I didn't connect Kevin and Tyrone together until you mentioned it. IRL wouldn't there be a,bond between Jack and Tyrone. He raised him for the first few months of his,life and surely he must have been registered with Tyrone as his father so officially isn't he Thrones son.

Alina really plays the little girl lost that needs help card, with her “nearly crying” puppy eyes.

People seem to forgive and forget a lot on Coronation Street. Tyrone and Alina need their heads knocked together.
If Hope finds out she could make Alinas life a misery.
I think Leanne is quite good just now despite me never being able to follow crime bits.
