I think of the bag whenever I see Billy after these threads I think in America anyone can be ordained as a minister (just going by Big Bang Theory!) but not in the UK, so a wedding officiated by Sally wouldn't be a legal marriage?

My friend is a celebrant, she does weddings, funerals and naming ceremonies. I'm not sure if people have to do a registry office marriage before a lovely ceremony performed by her.

Why are there so many awful foster parents in soap? Not the ones you actually see, obviously - the off-screen foster parents who are at best neglectful and at worst abusive; meaning the troubled teen of the week has to leave their care and be fostered by someone in the street/square/village etc. Surely being a foster parent is a huge amount of work and you’d only do it if you really wanted to help disadvantaged kids? Who are all these people who go through the fostering process who don’t actually give two pins for the kids?

Also, did I hear right - did Nick accuse Leanne of ‘bartering’ her eyelashes? Is she going to eat them deep-fried with a bag of chips?

Toyah want to be a mum to an adoring baby. Not a stroppy teen who’s going stomp about and be a brat. Not that there’s room to stomp far in that tiny flat. Don’t even think 3 of them can fit on the sofa
