Why is Asha always in her school uniform? I presume it's to emphasise her youth, but she seems to be always sitting in the cafe in full uniform, and who sits in their house still wearing their school tie?!

Does anyone else feel like there were too many storylines crammed in tonight? Nina and Asha, the drugs issue and the ‘Simon’s a dealer’ plot were all inter-related, so naturally dominated. Did we really need a little bit of Uncle Ronnie, Abi vs. Debbie and Steve vs. Peter thrown in? None of those stories got enough time to be significant in any way, and just took time away from the main plot. What was the point?

Oh ages ago she’s looked scruffy for months.

I’ve noticed how scruffy Carla looks as well, she used to be the glamorous business woman, strutting down the cobbles with her swishy hair full of confidence, living in a swanky apartment with her flash car, now she shleps about with hunched shoulders, shapeless baggy clothes and lives in Roy Croppers box room, beaten down by life, she is such a depressing character now. I really hope they don’t do the same to Debbie.

We need to see more of Imran, preferably without a shirt.
