Bad cops can't be seen to get away with it. I don't think I'll bother watching a Series 2 though.

I've seen up to the last 15 mins of ep3 (hate JN framing his boss, find it hard to watch that sort of thing).

Is it worth watching to the end?

Did he kill his wife as was having an affair

We know who Goliath is (don't we?) so what's the point of S2?

I missed where the wife was. He shot Corry (and brother) but what happened to the wife if he didn't kill her?

Maybe the second series will be him trying to find his wife or trying to explain the case of the missing snow!

The wife made herself scarce, probably in order to set up some kind of story arc for series 2.

Well, that was a bit of a letdown. I was waiting for the big reveal that Tom was lying to protect his wife. Line of Duty it ain't.

I suppose if there is a series 2, it could turn out that the version of events Tom gave Tori weren't actually true

Twoomey seemed surprised that Keenan was armed. He want, the gun was Tom's.

That was all a bit crap tbh.

It was a bit far fetched that the doctor went to the shed to find the gun. Why would she do that? Why not turn him in? Go to a dark isolated spot to look for a gun

Unless wife comes back and to. Tries to kill her as she is the only one alive who knows Tom was Goliath and killed the 3 men

The doctor wasn't the brightest woman. Why didn't she ring the police as soon as she knew where the gun was instead of going Nancy Drew?

Like a pp mentioned I kept seeing JN and the Torey woman as the dentist and woman he had an affair where they both tried to kill their other halves. JN was also quite creepy in this, I can see him not wanting Izzy to go off and have her own life away from him.

Well, that was just a bit irritating at the end.

The weather in Norn Iron is changeable but we don't normally have snow which falls and melts again within half an hour.
Why didn't they just rescript or reshoot those scenes ?

Me too. I've never been to NI but it looks stunning.

So jn phoned Keenan and said Tori is on the way to the shed to find a gun hidden under some lobster pots. "Why don't you get the gun but replace the seaweed and stone and then shoot her with that gun"
