Biggest news was you can hire a hitman for £400.

Is that all it is? I'm making a list. Will be straight off to Manchester as soon as pubs are open.

I've enjoyed this, but the motive for killing was not believable. "I'll have her husband shot dead at her house by a hitman, and then she'll come and live with me..."

What a disappointment.

Dillusioned man took out a hit contract for £400. Husband killed lover/wife says you must be joking.

Wife has been filtering off a bit of pin money because she is so downtrodden (but still loyal to now dead husband) that she want to feel like she could be free.

The criminal drug gang who were using Breakwater as a front and killed Med are just not referred to.

Let alone the non biological son and the impanding legal action by his actual mother.

So yes, someboyd thought they could palm us off with this low key nonsense because they want another series.

Had got to the point when watching this to counting the number of hugs DS Armstrong resorted to everytime there was no real answer to a question, or a man behaved badly but shouldn't be chided.

It was rubbish but strangely watchable for mindless entertainment.

Loads of plot holes and I agree about the excessive hugging and she really overloads on empathy doesn't she!

So there's going to be a third series but Morven Christie won't be in it apparently.
