I understood it as "they need permission from [whoever it was]" Then Abi said "who? Boris? Crosby is a crook". As if she was questioning if the person they needed permission from was Boris. But its possible she was likening Ray to Boris.

All that build up with Ray and Evelyn then they ship him off to Canada! Enter Roy.. I can’t see her and Roy personally.

What's going on with the characters morphing into pop singers? First there was Debbie / Annie Lennox. Now it appears Celine Dion has locked Dr Gadass in a cupboard and has taken on her identity!!

Yes Dr. Gadass seems to have had a makeover. I like that blonde girl, the loan shark's daughter, she seems to be a good actor. She will need to be, if we are to be convinced that she fancies the truly awful character that is Simon.

Dr Badass rocks, but my heart belongs to dr Ali, who would be brilliant at vaccine delivery. I felt sorry for Leanne.

I think it’s because she was wearing ugg boots, they are ok for around the house but completely unsuitable for walking on uneven cobbles, they don’t support the foot at all, particularly if on the large side, years ago they were really popular for wearing outdoors and I used to wince at people’s feet, the soaking wet fake ugg boot that had collapsed on one side, see exhibit A.

Well we've had some rubbish episodes lately, but last night's really scraped the barrel. That float business! I used to like Abi, but she's turning into a screaming demented pantomime version of her former self. Yeah, it's light drama etc., I know, but come on, none of it makes sense anymore. And Craig, the only copper in the area, is cringe.

I completely forgot about the storyline with Tina a and the new pregnancy, I don’t even know what those characters are called!

Is she not Romanian? Wasn't there a Polish asylum seeker who was trafficked, despite being an EU citizen, and rescued from a posh family house in a sting? And a Polish factory worker who died in the factory, was buried there, and never mentioned again?

I don’t think she was buried there, but there was definitely a Polish worker (Katya?) who died there when Carla was doing illegal after-hours work. And yes, Eva rescued some Polish workers who were being treated like slaves by the camp one from Cutting It and his wife.

The problem was people were buying fake uggs because they couldn't afford the real ones.

Real uggs don't actually collapse like that - I had several pair and am on the larger side of large. Apart from one pair they all cost me north of £100 by some margin. In fact, I still have all but one pair
