Emmerdale with social distant acting, it's not great but better than nothing.....

It's been such a strange year for us all but never more so than for the people of the dales, what will Christmas and the New Year episodes bring...........some lighthearted relief I hope but probably not.

Ideally all 3 of them will fall in and a giant Boulder will suddenly roll over the top and trap them. Dead.

Billy's dealing cranberry sauce.

Smallsteps88 · 17/12/2020 20:06

😂😂😂

JaneJeffer · 17/12/2020 20:07

Jesus Mackenzie made such a big deal of his sister moving out Hmm

Smallsteps88 · 17/12/2020 20:11

It’s a total nonsense storyline. Why on earth would an 18 year old sister moving out cause such trauma? Why would they all spend Xmas wanting to poke forks in their eyes? Moira didn’t die- she just moved out. That’s a normal age to move out.

excelledyourself · 17/12/2020 20:15

Is that what age she was? What age are Moira and Mackenzie supposed to be? Id have thought if she was 18, he must have been tiny and wouldn't even remember. Like a baby!

Moira must be pushing 50 and he can't be older than very early thirties?

Smallsteps88 · 17/12/2020 20:17

Yes I think she was still a teen. Not 100% sure. Might have to google.

Smallsteps88 · 17/12/2020 20:18

I thought the graveyard was pretty visible from the village. Surely someone would see them with their light on digging a grave?

JaneJeffer · 17/12/2020 20:19

Especially with that big light shining on the cross! Why aren't they wearing masks?

Smallsteps88 · 17/12/2020 20:25

I’ve googled. Moira was 18 when she left home. It doesn’t say what age Mackenzie was- just that he is her younger brother. Agree he looks a lot younger. She will be 50 in April.

Well done! I couldn't find her age or when she left, only that she married John 30 years ago.

Smallsteps88 · 17/12/2020 20:27

Digging a grave, pulling out a body, filling in a grave, (so that it looks untouched!) moving the body to the woods and filling in another grave would take them all night. Literally it would take so many hours.

Smallsteps88 · 17/12/2020 20:28

She left home in 1989, married John in 1990 and had holly in 1991.

JaneJeffer · 17/12/2020 20:28

You seem to know a lot about that Small Shock

excelledyourself · 17/12/2020 20:29

Bugger, I've missed the second half Confused

What did the letter say? I couldn't see it.

Smallsteps88 · 17/12/2020 20:30

Basing it on how long it takes me to lift my dog in and out of the bath I guesstimate it would take them all night to do all that digging and move a man Wink

Smallsteps88 · 17/12/2020 20:31

It was a receipt for a couples massage at some hotel.

JaneJeffer · 17/12/2020 20:33

Ah right.

RaraRachael · 17/12/2020 20:59

It said on the info tab for the second episode tonight that "a return to the village rocks Emmerdale" or similar - did I miss it? If Billy is utterly penniless, whose is the car that he's driving about in?

Smallsteps88 · 17/12/2020 21:01

I think Kim must have been the return but it didn’t exactly rock the village did it? Or maybe they’ve mixed up their info tabs?

Smallsteps88 · 17/12/2020 21:02

I’ve just checked. It says “a return sends shockwaves through emmerdale” Confused it really didn’t!

Btw- are they done with the Laurel and Jai story now?
