I have only seen the first one so thought I might watch it, but is anyone else going to?

I may start a line of children's clothing covered in the slogan:
PARENTING IS NOT A COMPETITION AND I DON'T CARE WHEN YOUR BABY SLEPT THROUGH.

Im only just wacthing now. I cant believe all they are going on about is the parents getting they life back and baby sleeping through. There doesnt seem to be much concern for what is best for baby and what makes a happier baby. CV views is basically so what if child is more prone to allergies due to earlier weaning, it sleeps through the night. WTF

Actually my line of (limited edition) mousemats will say

PARENTING IS NOT A COMPETITION WHICH IS WHY I AM FRITTERING MY TIME AWAY ON MUMSNET INSTEAD OF MAKING FLASHCARDS AND RESEARCHING PRIMARY SCHOOLS

and bring on the sloganised slings say I.

Not mugs a CV parent may trip over a brick whilst holding one and cause a dreadful accident

What I want to know, having only seen tonight's episode is how the breastfeeding issue was addressed. Clearly the CV couples were not breastfeeding - did CV even address the issue of whether it was possible to fully breastfeed to six months (or even three) on her barking mad roo teen?

And fall on a knife wielding toddler.

Rosa totally agree - IMO it's completely impossible to do these routines on a BF baby (well, impossible unless the baby is actually one of the rare ones that CHOOSES to go 4 hours/sleep 7-7). I have yet to find the person who can force a BF baby to take a "full" feed unless s/he wants to.

Rosa, she doesn't approve of breastfeeding to 6 months because she doesn't care what the WHO think, so we didn't get her opinion.

Ah, well, if I was being honest my slogan would have to be 'Parenting is not a competition (but mine's the best, anyway).'
