Is anyone watching Bringing Up Baby tonight or are we all a bit tired of being outraged?

can i just say, i loved baby leon's mum ( i think thats his name, the spock one anyway). as much as i liked the cc ones, she was sensible enough to rely on her instinct. and what a glorious baby. ~is broody~

Do you think Claire Verity has done her career good or harm by appearing on this? I can't see many slebs employing her now she has been cast as the wicked witch of the west (wing)

i'm goinig to buy that posy simmonds version when dd is old enough. i first read tyv when i was about eight, at my aunt's house cos she, gulp, didn't have a telly so we read EVERYTHING. i loved it, and i've found it difficult to spell rarther ever since. although my great love of eloise made me alter it to rawther.

Have the CC babies been allowed to play with knives?

My Dh got really wound up by this programme - to the point which we had a row about me actually watching it .

I don't do any concept - but my three year old uses knives - so perhaps we ended up with something similar on our own steam.

The weaning at 10wks was deeply shocking. You *must8 have an inkling that youre doing the wrong thinng if you're feeding your baby LYING DOWN!
