He's put in a 'pre-application', which in Real Actual Life is a dialogue with planning officers (not councillors, unless an officer is present) prior to lots of other things having to happen including submitting the actual planning application which is in the public domain.

A proposed development of this scale would require a number of impact assessments and would undoubtedly go before the Planning Committee, where objections would be heard.

It would probably be refused if usable housing was to be demolished.

If I was to guess- Geoff has drugged her or made her act crazy in some way (maybe kept her locked up and starved for a while?) and had her sectioned.

The Ray - Faye scene was dreadful. I know she is not under-age but it was horrible. They did not need to show her in the bed, it was gratuitous and unnecessary. The actors must have hated filming that.

I turned over when the Faye-Ray scene got underway. Glad I missed it.

How old is faye? I thought she was 17 at most, that was really cringy to watch. There is absolutely nothing attractive about Ray the manky old perv!
