It frustrates me about when this happens. Rafa has played some great service games- since being broken- and has been playing catch up /unable to break PCB ever since.

There was a question on QOS about the longest tennis rally. DH tells me "that's hitting the ball back and forth". Me:

Well, Sascha does not appear to be injured. And i am getting worried about Rafa.

I really want him to win this.

I wish he would stop getting broken early in the first set!!

Grr- this is the 3rd out of the 4 matches he has played this week where he has lost the first set like this. Lost his serve early on, and then the set.

No sign of Sascha being injured.

Or affected by 'off court' stuff - which the commentators yesterday were quite obsessed by him being!

But please VAMOS Rafa.

I’m only watching on the iPad because of football so not really seen that much. Rafa’s not really played that well all week I don’t think.

I’m on the gin (again )

I have started score watching because I can't watch anymore (and Prime is on the blink- good timing). Rafa's serve is not what is was at the start of the week- far fewer aces- but the court has got faster -ish (as expected ).

He just can't break Sascha.

I think Rafa has played ok- once he's got past the times he's been broken- but he has been playing catch up. (Apart from against Thompson) It is always expected that players take more chances against him indoors, because he is more vulnerable. The court was in his favour at the beginning of the week, because it was quite slow, I think .
