Didnt know there was a Pinky and Perky version! I wish they'd keep to more traditional music for the quickstep.

I used to love Pinky and Perky! If you played the records at 33 instead of 45 rpm you heard it as it was recorded. Disclaimer: I grew up in Olden Times.

QS is my absolute favourite dance. And I just want it to be magnificent.

If I wasn’t old fat and deeply unattractive to the opposite sex, I wanted to do this at my wedding. Along the bridge to Eilean Donan to Radiohead’s Jigsaw Falling Out of Place. In my head it works.

But I really do know nowt.

And won’t be doing it anyway. Can’t even get a crab let alone my lobster 🦞

Agree sequins Janette is a pro dancer , they work and practise for 6 to 7 hours A DAY , it would be unusual if she wasn't very slim.

Talking about Jeanette, have they stopped flinging her into the air? It used to be that she would be launched in either a daring lift or an actual throw into the air like a cheerleader in at least a couple of the pro dances, but last year I can't remember anything beyond 'normal' lifts.

So, have been binge-watching Glee for the last few weeks (don't judge me ) and am on the final season. Well, I just nearly fell off my chair...Max George appears in it as a singing, dancing character! So it appears he has done more advanced dancing than he let on in the kick off show where he said it was little more than crouching and pointing in the Wanted didn't mention his stint in Glee did he?

I don't object to ringahs but the fact it seems to have been airbrushed from his history that has been portrayed on Strictly is a bit dodgy

I confess I am an objecting kind of biddy when it comes to ringahs.

If they were all dinging and a-donging then fine. But they aren’t. And then folk go and get pissy when someone like Ann or John stays in because they’ve been trying honestly.

My collarbones protrude, and I weight 10 stone. So do my ribs and hip bones. It's just the way I'm built.

Clara is lovely - slightly under the radar, but lots of potential. She's absolutely stunning, I loved that pink suit. I have no idea why Max kept that camel coat on like some sort of spiv bookie.

My collarbones stick out and I am a great big hoofer not a dancing hoofer.

I think J is probably made dainty and her daily life and exertions - more so at strictly time - keeps her daintier.

I will never get whirled around someone’s head. Not unless there are hydraulics involved.

I think we are all made different and amen for that. And the pros would certainly be chuffed if I didn’t waddle out in a sparkly leotard
