So exciting, it's on Amazon Prime 28 October!!!

Thinking about it, maybe we will only get one this week even though the US got two, as aren't we usually a week behind in the UK?

The description by the episode says that it’s a two-hour premier.

Hmm. Prime has a 45 minute episode described as "part one". I think they've split the long premier for the UK

Wonder if they’ve done that so that they can show part 2 next week and keep it as a weekly thing. It seems that it’s not on next week in the US due to the election.

That will probably be it. Didn't realise it wasn't on next week on the US.

I'm starting to think this as Season might not be for me if it's decided to go all topical, that's not it's usual MO, but I'll give it a try.

Managed to watch second episode tonight.

Re bringing in recent real world contexts to the season. It felt a bit clunky at the start as it picked up from where it left off, but I actually thought it was all really well done.

Still a bit at the close of the second episode!

I'm half way through 2nd episode and honestly thinking of binning it.

I want to escape from all the covid and blm stuff and randal is just a pain in the arse.

I wish they had just done it normally. :(

Felt exactly the same Wax

Offspring is an Austrailian drama based on a large extended family. Nina the main character is an obstetrician (with an over active imagination). The clothes she wears and the colours of them are fab. Maybe give that a try, its light hearted. It was recommended as an alternative to This is Us by someone on here and I am loving it.

Its Netflix rather than Amazon.

Yep, watched that a couple of years ago, it is fab. Parenthood also good but don't think that is free/included in a normal package anywhere at the moment.

normally love this show, but the way Randall spoke to Kate was just horrible. And totally unnecessary. They've turned him into a proper pain.

He is a really good looking bloke when he's not constantly looking like he has too much vinegar on his chips. Think "Kev" has been working out to try to compete in the six pack stakes though.

Not that we should be commenting on their attributes and treating them like meat...

Goose- it felt really painful BUT I like the way they left it. I think it’s quite difficult to imagine how it would feel growing up in a white household and having your feelings minimised. The sudden rush of people caring about BLM must be galling when you’ve seen people not give a shit before.

I can't seem to find it on amazon prime! It comes up but when pressed it goes to season 4! Bummer

Also agree Offspring on Netflix is great and would recommend.

I thought episode 3 would be available by now, but it's not showing for me. I got part 1 & 2 of ep. 1 fine last week. Frustrating as I was sure it would here yesterday. Anyone else having the same problem?
