I would say
Hollyoaks is the best soap.

Husband and I are the only people in the country who don't watch Strictly.

All television rots the brain

ITV is predominantly crap (with the occasional good drama).

Reality tv is shit.

I dont watch TV at all. It just sits in the corner looking neglected. My H loved to watch it, but I never have, and since he died over eighteen months ago, Ive never bothered.

I can't think of any unpopular opinions though! The worst show I can think of on TV is Loose Women and as far as I know loads of people would agree with me on that.

I'd agree with you about Loose Women. I don't watch any soaps or reality TV unless you count Bake Off and Sewing Bee. Can't stand X Factor, BGT or anything like that.

Cillian Murphy looks incredibly silly with that haircut in Peaky Blinders.

I can’t stand Julia in Motherland. I find her self absorbed and spoiled in her beautiful huge London suburban house. I get that it’s supposed to be a comedy but it’s hard to be sympathetic to her character when you’re disabled [self employed musician during a pandemic to now add in to the mix]in a northern mill town council estate with no hope of childcare ever as it’s completely out of my financial reach. The whole show is painfully first world problem-y and middle class. Interviewing for a nanny and getting so stressed, come on woman!
Having said that I do watch and enjoy it and I get that I probably sound mega bitter and reading too much into it etc. But that’s why I know this will be an unpopular tv opinion!

Oh and I also hate strictly

Line of Duty is appalling

Reality TV is lowest common denominator garbage

Don't watch any soaps or reality TV. Rarely watch ITV.

Mrs Brown’s Boys is the unfunniest comedy in the known universe.

And I’ve never seen, nor intend to ever see Strictly or the Bake Off.

All soaps are crap. I've managed to get to my sixties without watching one of them.
