Wow. Fridays night and the death And murder of Chantelle 😢😢

That was moving and horrendous to watch while gray plans his alibi of her death With

In some ways she will silly to taunt him. And she should have left a message on Khareet phone instead of ringing it lots when went to ansa machine

She should have said she was leaving gray. She loved Khareet and last message was a ploy As gray found out

Then gray will be done for murder

All the other plot lines form previous thread have been sorted

Nice to have ee back after the break

First rape by bil

Now kiss max

I can't believe EE are doing yet another conception storyline featuring someone who was supposedly infertile.

Sharon (twice!)
Alfie (twice!)
and now Ranie

Next thing you know they'll bring Jane back with a child in tow...Hmm

AaronCardigan · 03/10/2020 22:33

I'm confused as to why they are altering the mick and Linda storyline. They were introduced as the couple who would never cheat on each other

Akire · 03/10/2020 22:54

Had a binge watch today. Where was Ollie when Linda and Mik where in the Prince Albert? Why is baby Abbie? Now 2?

Linda never ever wore an apron, for a much dirty job in the Vic with cleaning and glasses. But in the laundrette she needs one?? Think that’s first women his age Max has kissed in 20years.

Why hasn’t Sharon threatened Ian with sexual harassment? He’s throwing her out because she wouldn’t sleep with him.

Nice to see Stewart married even if he once was a bad one.

Akire · 03/10/2020 23:11

Agree about Chantel, why are they looking for a funeral photo? Surely they are long way off from police releasing the body? Or will they not investigate and 6m later the kids will say oh yes Daddy and mummy were shouting. Daddy went to get help and left Mummy on the floor?

They never get other families who had similar deaths like Jack or their kids to say anything it’s like they have amnesia.

I thought Stacey looked big coming back after previous MT. she’s been busy then. She’s not worked in years and yesterday so I’m sure sure she can pay back £40k by Xmas!

Chienloup · 04/10/2020 01:56

More proof to my belief that Max is irresistible.

Alongcameacat · 04/10/2020 09:55

Maybe Shirley or Whitney are babysitting?

Phil can’t start fighting for custody can he? I doubt his name was even on the birth certificate? Denise doesn’t see her daughters at all but then again she has two GCSEs so that might be enough to win custody!

The most believable part of the last episode was when Jack came in and said to Denise ‘I’m too old for all this, if you are cheating .......’ It’s what someone (my age!) would say.

People in pubs don’t wear aprons. Linda was the landlady and was usually glamorous. Perhaps the apron is to show how her life has changed? Dot always wore one too. I suppose they stop bits of fluff from the dryers going all over their own clothes?

I thought Stacey would end up with Max again when she came back, and Martin would get jealous and they’d end up back together. Though I suppose since she is pregnant, she won’t be in it for a long stint this time and they will have to be extra careful with her. Is pregnancy in the higher risk category for Covid?

What was the point of the Isaac storyline? That kids lie? To show how protective Phil is of his faaaamily?

What’s the deal with Frankie stalking Mick?
There must be a backstory?

Mrsjayy · 04/10/2020 10:10

Shirley was babysitting so Linda could go out with her girls Sharon and MaxGrin

Alongcameacat · 04/10/2020 10:33

Yes there is one. But as we are not allowed spoilers on this thread, I can't say yet 🙄
Blondeshavemorefun · 04/10/2020 11:20

I’m assuming she thinks mick is her dad

But he can’t be as they’ve always made a huge thing of Linda and mick being childhood sweethearts and always faithful

Apart from the rape and now Max’s kiss

OP posts:
Alongcameacat · 04/10/2020 11:31

And Mick’s ‘dalliance’ with Whitney.

Mick her Dad?
Tina kissing her sister?
But no he can’t be - Linda and Mick were together since they were 12!!! She has him mixed up with someone. Stewart maybe? They were the same crowd growing up?

Meredusoleil · 04/10/2020 11:40

Tina is not Mick's sister. She is his aunt. So her kissing Frankie would be like kissing her nephew's daughter (if Frankie does turn out to be his daughter after all).

Tbh the whole Carter family history is so messy. It's no wonder Linda has become an alcoholic, having had to put up with them for all these years 🤷‍♀️

Alongcameacat · 04/10/2020 11:44

Yes true though I meant she looks at Mick as her brother.
How can Frankie turn out to be Mick’s daughter? They may as well say Linda has a child she didn’t know about.

Smallsteps88 · 04/10/2020 11:58

Good call! That would throw a spanner in the works for Rainie and Stewart having a new baby.

Btw did I imagine it or did Stuart reveal ages ago that he has ADHD or some other condition?

Mrsjayy · 04/10/2020 12:01

We thought Frankie might be one of Babes babys that were given away, but I think she is to young for that ?

Mrsjayy · 04/10/2020 12:02

Yes Stuart is on medication for adhd because Bex was taking them during her exams .

Chienloup · 04/10/2020 12:07

I was thinking that maybe Frankie's little brother who died could be Mick's baby. Did they say he died ten years ago and he was quite young, so maybe Mick had a one night stand perhaps 15 years ago? And this is Frankie's way of feeling closer to the little brother who died?

Smallsteps88 · 04/10/2020 12:09

Yes! That’s it. Thank you mrsjayy. I thought I’d imagined it because it hadn’t been mentioned again since. But actually Stuart’s personality/behaviour has stayed true to that condition so I guess it doesn’t need to be mentioned.

Alongcameacat · 04/10/2020 12:36

Chienloup Did Mick have a baby who died? I missed all of that.
When Linda and Mick moved to the pub, they were a concrete couple of childhood sweethearts. Linda didn’t like Stewart because he was a bad influence on Mick but there has ne er been any suggestion of wild nights as he had become a father in his teens to Lee? Dean threw their whole world upside down as they had always told each other everything and had complete trust beforehand.
Of course EE will rewrite history as usual I suppose.

No, sorry. Frankie had a brother who died. I was wondering if it might be that (unbeknownst to him) Mick could have been the brother's father. Frankie found that out and has come to tell Mick?
JemimaTab · 04/10/2020 13:28

I really don’t like the “long lost/secret relative” storylines, as they’ve been done to death in the soaps and are such a cliche. It’ll be pretty disappointing IMO if this is where the Frankie thing is heading.

SoupDragon · 04/10/2020 14:22

Maybe Shirley had twins and doesn't remember 😂 There is another Mick out there who is Frankie's father.

Blondeshavemorefun · 04/10/2020 15:22

She might have done I’d babe was selling babies then

OP posts:
Mrsjayy · 04/10/2020 15:42

Kat slater didn't kmow she had popped out a set of twins so maybe Shirley also forgot.
