The Chantelle story was well played up till her death.
I can see it dragging on for month's they should have ended it quick as a positive to the horrible storyline not allow Gray manipulate her family.
The writers are all over the place.

The letting a stranger onto the ward was bloody ridiculous why let a pandemic and actual facts get in the way of a story. I think Mica knows who Denise is, the family were writing to her so grandma will know but not let on.

I think he messed up things with Sonia once he started working as a loan shark.

He messed up with Sonia when she tried to steal from Dot to pay her blackmailing patient who realised it was Martin because Sonia kept coming into his room in the dead of night asking questions about how much he remembered about the man who knocked him down.

Has Denise moved in with Jack? Even without masks, there is security in hospitals especially children's hospitals. You have to be buzzed in through many doors. Random people can't go barging in off the street and straight to the child's room.

The grandmother knew Denise is the birth mother. I find Denise very cold too tbh. There is never any warmth between her and Jack (or any of her exes or kids).

As if a school head would call Isaac in to face Phil's accusations of Lexie said that Amy told her. Has he been suspended? If he has, he'll get a job in the salon I suppose, they must be very short staffed now - there is literally only part time Lola and Mitch working there now and Denise who can't cut hair and only makes appointments. Wasn't there a beautician at one point too but that left with Kim who has been forgotten about.

Is Callum going to be on the police force or Team Phil now? Or has he gone from being an undertaker to a double agent?
Who is working with Jay now? He is hardly running the whole funeral parlour single handed?

I read today that Stacey is pregnant IRL. They ignore pregnancies now in EE - Linda's and Stacey's last pregnancy. I think its the right thing to do though it can be funny at times too to look at strategically placed bags and furniture.

Yes you are right. I’d forgotten two ex jailbirds run it. Would that happen IRL? Isn’t there a code of ummmm something to ensure funeral managers are trustworthy as they are dealing with grieving and vulnerable people? Who would trust either of them, never mind both of them to run a business?

I’m so glad we know about Lacey being pregnant, I saw it a while ago but wasn’t sure if it was classed as a spoiler or not! I love Lacey 😍 I used to love Stacey as well but I think they write her as just a miserable nag/Slater caricature now. I love her relationship with jean and her vulnerabilities etc and I even love her and max.

I don’t get jack and denise. There’s no chemistry between them at all. They barely ever have any scenes together either. They’re only together because they’re vaguely the same age and there are very few other partner options for the pair of them that they haven’t already tried.
