I've just seen some of the RG draw (it took ages to get going).

Stan and Andy are playing each other in the first round. I bet they are so glad they practiced together .

Domi plays Marin.

Dom is due to meet Rafa in the semis in theory. I think Rafa has the tougher half- more clay court players in it, I think.

We really need Djok to fall early somehow!

Also, just before the draw, I heard that Raonic and Edmund were two players to withdraw, along with Verdasco and Bencic.

Jo Konta has drawn Coco Gauff, but that was about the only thing that stood out in the women's draw.

I must say, I am worried about Rafa, with the weather not being exactly summer like (not that it was last year), and he hasn't had a lot of preparation.

But fingers crossed he at least gets through the first round. .

Andy vs Stan! That was Andy's last French Open match! And they've been practising together this week. What a shame it's only a first round match.

I can't believe that draw, Stan v Andy! That's crazy. I wonder who'll win that one. Stan has been playing more on clay, but then Andy has more recent matches. It'll probably be a gruelling five set battle anyway

I did notice some other interesting matches but the only one that springs to mind now is RBA v Gasquet...

Well done Liam Broady - pleased to see him get through qualifying. Did Robredo get through does anyone know - I saw a bit of his match earlier but not the result. I didn't even know he was still playing, fair play to him.

That's a blast from the past. He lost to Jung unfortunately.

Ooh getting excited for the French Open - some tough first rounds for some players.

Has anyone done the quiz on BBC sport website about RG? I got 9/12 - how am I supposed to know how many tonnes of sand are used for the courts

I've just done the quiz - I got 10 Fizzy but a couple were definitely lucky guesses. I also got the tonnes of clay question wrong. Who would actually know that (apart from AC possibly?!).

I only got eight right. I want this statue.

I am not sure how much I will get to watch, with school runs getting in the way.

I see Chickenato won the qualies- but he can't replicate his 2018 form and dump Djok, he's in Rafa's half. I do think Rafa's half is the harder side. He has Thiem, Schwartzman, Zverev, Ruud, Foggy. Top player, Dan Evans... .

I think Andy is much more chilled, will go with the flow and isn't really expecting too much, especially given the draw, although when he gets on court tomorrow, it may be a different matter

Rafa, on the other hand, has way more expectations and much more to lose. It does sound as if he is getting his excuses in early because he's moaned expressed concerns about just about everything

If Andy doesn't have his annual rant about the cameras on the zip wires being a distraction I will be most annoyed. It's on my RG bingo card.

I feel sorry for Rafa . He has been pretty much written off by everyone, from what I have read so far. It's almost as though the changes are deliberate , to get a different champion. The fly in the ointment is that really the French would like Roger to be that champion- but that isn't going to happen.

When he was asked about Rome, he was very diplomatic in his answers about how he kept being shoved out on court when it was dark heavy conditions- obviously not great for him.
