Pierce no longer owns part of Lassiters, his marriage has broken up, his son is about to leave school - he has no reason to remain in Erinsborough, so will leave. For other reason about him leaving, you need to see the spoilers, or just be patient, but I think they've given enough heavy hints in their "what's coming up in Neighbours" section by the end titles.

I don't think Nicolette is into "friendship and caring" with Chloe, she wants rather more than that!

I think Nicolette is caring for Chloe but because she is in love with her rather than friendship. We haven’t really seen much friend behaviour from her other than getting drunk with the Boo boos.

I wonder if friendship is something she struggles with.

I think she was upset for Chloe hurting but as irl situations often have multiple aspects and she probably felt sad she was being hurt, excited at her being single and Pierce getting his comeuppance and anxious about being caught out that she planted the necklace all in a matter of seconds.

I think the actress really shows all this.

When she's pissing off Pierce or Chloe is doing something to defy him, she does a smug little smile. Everything with the affair it was confused face. I think of she was in smug calculating mode she'd have thought better about the necklace

I dunno Libby was pretty self righteous and annoying when I was a kid. The trouble is there is normally the formula of one goody goody vs one mischievous one that eventually balance out with the girls but we have both Harlow and Mackenzie so Harlow is just good and meh and Mackenzie is a clueless know it all.

Most of the boys do something naughty/illegal at some point if their own accord or led astray.
