Did Jesse write that letter? Because the way he read it, it seemed like the first time he’d seen the words. But he was obviously quite taken with the word door. Door, door, door.
Not that Michelle is going through that door with him, obvs. Jeez, she’s annoying.

Oh Jesse’s door! But what if she walks through another door? A different door? What if he goes through the door and she thinks he hasn’t gone through the door yet, so waits for him and he things she’s not coming through the door but really she’s right there?

What if there are two doors and they’re guarded by two guards, one of whom always tells the truth, and the other is Anthony, what if Jesse can only ask one of those guards one question to find out if Michelle is going to come through the door? What if the doors are too big or too small?! What if there’s no Alice in Wonderland potion?!

I think I need a lie down, but which door leads to my bed and am I in the right space to walk through it? What if Jesse turns up? At least I could show him the door quite easily... hang on... is that what he meant?! He wants to show her the door! I’ve cracked it. He’s had enough, it was Aussie code for “don’t let the door hit you in the arse on the way out”. I can sleep easy now.

Are they going to faff about all week until we get to the door ceremony on Friday?!

Simon turned into a bit of a Romeo tonight! Vanessa is a bit too bossy. Good on big Andrew saying if he’s not good enough as he is then he’s not the one.

I agree with poor matches making Vanessa and Andrew feel they are doing something wrong. They’re not, they’re both good people who shouldn’t have to change that much.

I missed that Nick&Sharon moment!
Much of the couples conversations seem forced and then trying to create chemistry. If you don't know how you feel after 2 months together and can't articulate it, then I can only assume they have some fond feelings but not love.

Yup, I heard that too. And Nick saying “you will”. And then Shaz did indeed go on and on. Though tbf that could just be the editing.
And let’s face it, as we’ve said, Mish (I can’t quite believe I’ve resorted to calling them Shaz and Mish btw) should’ve left Jesse after the honeymoon. Rather than drag out this faux angst ridden drama llama shizz.

I am genuinely confused with Sharon and Nick, is it genuine or not? I am not sure.

I actually feel quite sorry for Andy, Vanessa has pushed and pushed, if he is not enough for her, she should move on.

I thin a follow up series about Andy would be good. He is pretty cute.

In fairness to the couples if me and DH's conversations were plastered all over the screen, you would all be bored to bits!

The more I see of Jesse, the more I think that there is something not quite right about him (seriously). Whether he has a minor cognitive deficit, or some sort of neurological problem, I don't know, but there definitely seems to be an . . . atypicality . . . about him. I wonder if there is? If that's why his family were so rapidly anti-'Shell? Because they feel protective about him.

Michelle making him read the letter aloud was cruel (but obviously for the benefit of viewers at home).

I don't think Sharon will stay with Nick, either - though she did seem very emotional which I must admit surprised me. His photo album was appallingly amateur - I'd love to know if these grand gestures are their own idea, or suggested by the production team.

Yes! I saw that bit, too - and xtshows that the sibling rivalry (and the fact that Sharon is a cowbag) has not totally gone unnoticed by the others.

I also thought that for her first thought to be "I'll bet I'm having a better time than Shell, hahahahaha!" wasn't terribly romantic.

And Spoony's mask is slipping more and more - what a nasty, vindictive, arrogant bully he is!

Spoony could not believe it when Nadia said she wasn’t sure if she’d agree to go on another date with him if this was just dating normally. He was so sure she would say yes. You could see his little brain calculating how to reel her back in.

And I’d completely forgotten about Sharon too. Did anyone notice that when they were discussing their dates and Michelle was so happy talking about hers (which was absolutely the better date and Sharon’s face said it all), and then Sharon waxed lyrical about the stupid funfair and teenage photo album making Michelle feel shit. She couldn’t let her have one moment with Jesse that was better than her and Nick. She had to crush it. Michelle really needs to move far away from her twin. The more I see, the more sympathy I have for her. All her issues stem from her sister treating her like the faulty version.

How fake was Mish and Shazza's "catch up" on the beach. They said "We haven't discussed our dates yet" about three times. Yeah right!! Scriptwriters just thought a segment with them in their bikinis was what the punters needed. They are both manipulative bitches. ThickNick and dopey Jesse never stood a chance.

Simon and Alene just get better and better. Funny how he started off as the geek and is now easily the hottest. He is so lovely to her and I love his awkwardness.

I reckon Sean and Susan are at it like rabbits every time the cameras are turned off. Good on 'em!
