I hope it's bonza that I took the liberty of starting a second thread - just didn't want us gong walkabout in the bush (pardon my Fronch ) if we ran out of the other (whoops did it again!)

Watching tonight's ep currently... I really just want to skip to the reunion.. and also for the series to finish so I don't have to keep staring at the twins' perfect legs and physique, whilst I vegetate on the sofa and eat coco pops....

Having watched the twins behaviour throughout the series I now really dislike them. There are more zoomed in camera shots and they look quite unattractive.

Aw I felt a bit sorry for Vanessa today. Long distance between states is one thing - but then Andy deciding he’s off to climb Everest is probably the final straw!

I can’t work out if Nadia is actually serious. I wonder if she’s watched herself on tv and what she thinks! And Anthony ‘I’m too busy for a relationship’ - what the hell have you need doing for 8 weeks. Is he really that awful that he has just been manipulating all along in order to show he can have what he decided and then dump her. What an awful person.

I find the twins irritating but I especially find anyone who can wear teeny white shorts and look so great in them even more irritating 😆.

I've just caught up , well Anthony what a prick you are. He has well and truly played Nadia.

Anthony could barely stop himself from laughing when Nadia was all crestfallen and confused on the phone. He’s loving having control again. Foolish girl for rushing off to him.

If Sharon could’ve seen Nick looking scruffy in his workman’s outfit she’d have walked away! Not what she wants, a scruffy manual worker! And let’s see how much she’s capable of giving back in a relationship now Nick’s got other stuff going on. I suspect not much.

As for Vanessa and Andrew. Stop flogging a dead horse love. All she does is peck at him and criticise. And why shouldn’t he still do a once in a lifetime event/holiday he’s already booked? It’s not like he’ll be away months..

Simon and Alene are still so lovely to watch. Incredibly cute together - really want to see them last.

I thought Nadia and Anthony both looked to have ridiculously white teeth on Friday too.

I enjoyed tonight's episode! Painful to watch Nadia on the way to being dumped - reminds me of a relationship I was once in and I sort of knew what was happening, but didn't want to admit it, so allowed terrible behaviour on his behalf before I finally had to end things for the sake of my own dignity (which had already been lost!) AnTHony is awful.
I can't see Sharon offering meaningful support to Nick?

Vanessa and Andy just aren't feeling it at all. I did laugh when Andy said "tell me how you feel," when she had literally just told him clearly how she felt - and when she is desperate for him to do just that 😅
She has a point, I wouldn't love being put on hold for 4 months to wait and see what might happen next, plus being told some time apart might make him decide what he wants. I honestly don't know why, after 8 weeks, you think you need time apart to decide if you care.

Anthony, honestly, you're a bellend. At times I think he's quite funny and being badly portrayed. Then he does something awful and it's clear hes just a dreadful person. If you don't want Nadia, just own it. Don't make out that you cannot sustain a relationship. You bloody well applied to the show to be MARRIED, so what did you expect when you met someone who believed you would do everything you could do make the relationship work at all costs.

@Honeyroar I don't think Andy had already booked the Everest trip- didn't they say he had just booked it? Maybe I misheard that part

God that was depressing. Anthony has won his race in his mind by getting her to commit and now he can’t be bothered. The more I see of him I think he’s been botoxed- he makes no expression at all which is adding to his sinister vibe.

Simon and Alene gave me hope. Not sure and Sean and Susan, mixed messages there. Didn’t even watch Shazzy and Nick but it was good to see Jesse back with his dad.

I agree - DH always said they look glam on the surface, but if you really look at their faces there is nothing special about them - and thet sometimes they look positively horrible.

Exactly! I did wonder if AnTHony's idea of being married was 'we both have busy, important meedja careers and meet occasionally for hot sex and hot dinners'. Now he's realised Nadia would be going from 3 jobs to 0 jobs and would be cluttering up his flat ... but more importantly there just isn't space for an N ornament to sit at the top of the stairs alongside the A.
Although ... and I know this makes me a bad person ... I would be a bit that someone who spent the last date, the last group meal and every conversation since, saying that they weren't sure - suddenly wanted to move state and it just accidentally coincided with their lease being up. Nadia is getting less attractive with each episode. She's such a drip and every time she speaks, she looks like she's in pain. And Susan too - I loved Susan but I've decided both of these women are such bores.

Nadia is just silly. She’s the same with her friends, she likes to sit there, the centre of attention, twirling a curl while everyone wows over her. She’s oblivious to what is really going on. And she doesn’t really want Anthony either, she could barely stand kissing him at the commitment ceremony!

During the weddings I thought they both looked a little drab but my God, as the series has moved on - Alene’s eyes!! (and skin & teeth!) She is absolutely beautiful.

Simon (eyes again❤️) is gorgeous.

Agree with everything you have said re: Simon and Alene Happened. Two slightly-above-average people who have been transfigured in the course of the show - Alene is gorgeous! She's so bubbly and joyful, and she has fabulous features and a stunning, curvy figure.

Yeah - she's not "glamorous"* the way the Twins of Evil are, but she's a real person. I'll bet those two spend hours tarting themselves up every morning and won't leave the house until they ate "perfect", while Alene will be like the rest of us - gets herself sorted in whatever time is available. And she looks fantastic every time.

*Whereas we use the term "glamorous" to mean beautiful, it's original meaning was an "illusion" - something which didn't exist, or was an hallucination and it was a term applied to magic/witchcraft.
