I thought I might as well start it. As then I won't have to go searching for the new thread.

I get that Matt's gay, but it's ridiculous how little he knows of the female figure. Nobody's breasts would have fit into that red dress.

Wolfcub · 17/06/2020 21:37

Joe looks like he's had a spray tan accident. His ears are terrible

ScarfLadysBag · 17/06/2020 21:37

People commenting on their orangeness on Twitter too!

SchadenfreudePersonified · 17/06/2020 21:38

I LOVE flapper dresses!

SoupDragon · 17/06/2020 21:38

I want to make myself a flapper dress. I have neither the skill nor the figure 😂

ChicCroissant · 17/06/2020 21:38

Love Matt's fabric.

HMSSophie · 17/06/2020 21:39

Yeah Matts dresses allow for nipples and no bust, I've noticed.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 17/06/2020 21:39

I used to have the figure for one - I've never had the skill . . .

2Rebecca · 17/06/2020 21:39

I loved House of Elliot. I wanted to be Evie

ChicCroissant · 17/06/2020 21:40

However I'm not keen on Liz's fabric - bit Halloween for my liking Sad

Binglebong · 17/06/2020 21:40

Ooh I have some of the cobwebs fabric. Bad choice though.

BitOfFun · 17/06/2020 21:40

Apparently it was very rare to have fringing on flapper dress because the materials for it were so heavy. Yet every flapper dress in fancy dress now uses it, because it can be made cheaply with polyester.

CaptainMyCaptain · 17/06/2020 21:40

My boobs are too big for a flapper dress. Or dungarees like Claire's which I am coveting.

Liz us making a goth flapper dress.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 17/06/2020 21:41

Matt's fabric is beautiful!

SchadenfreudePersonified · 17/06/2020 21:41

Is Liz's material spiders' webs? I rather like it

Wolfcub · 17/06/2020 21:42

I loved House of Elliott

I didn't know that! Thank you for sharing.

I wish they'd re-show it Rebecca,

The stories and the clothes were amazing.

The fabrics were superb!

ChicCroissant · 17/06/2020 21:43

Three layers and a hankerchief hem? Ambitious when time limited, hope it works out.

CaptainMyCaptain · 17/06/2020 21:43

Claire's looks overcomplicated. Can she do it in the time?

SchadenfreudePersonified · 17/06/2020 21:44

I wish Nicole would give herself a week off from Really Challenging Fabric.

Just once.

SoupDragon · 17/06/2020 21:44

@SchadenfreudePersonified

Wonder how tall Clare is? I think she must be about DD's height (5'11").

She always seems to dwarf the others.

Joe is 6' so I'd say she's around 5'9

Mine would have (pre surgery) Blush. I used to be 30HH over a 28 inch waist. Only problem is that, although my boobs would have fitted in there, the low back and halterneck would prevent the wearing of a bra and I would have knocked myself out if I needed to walk faster than a stroll.
BitOfFun · 17/06/2020 21:45

You'll find this site really interesting, Bingle

SchadenfreudePersonified · 17/06/2020 21:46

You haven't got time to charleston Clare!
