Tonight's was a bit heavy on the snot'n'tears, wasn't it? If anyone can devise a way of Fletch responding quickly and successfully to his treatment and stopping Essie thinking that she should be able to carry on life as normal whilst she's undergoing chemo, please implement your plan ASAP.

Medani's torso was the only redeeming feature of this episode. I've no idea what the pills he bought were - any ideas?

Ooh so, in theory we don't want any more deaths, but Ange IS very annoying and I'd be grateful to avoid a storyline that involves her having sex with the new F1

Also, what has Henrik done to Sahira's dad's notes? When he said to the nurse that there were new results back from the lab and that the transplant team needed to reconsider, do we reckon he'd made the results worse to bump him up the list or better to boot him off it? His face made it look as if the change wasn't genuine. I hope they don't turn him into a bad guy - he's better than that.

The problem is, because he's a shit doctor, they all think he's stupid. He's not and that's their downfall

Or maybe the F1 that is half her age and much younger than both her kids that she is supposed to have “chemistry” with. The dramatic and manly rescue will lead her to faint in his arms and the next moment they will be bonking in the linen closet.

The timing with Dom was odd. She'd stood him up bit because she was busy, surely it would have worked better as a sign she'd been kidnapped?

Dom: she didn't show up, Sacha brought me back at 5
Chloe: oh well she was in the office til 6 so she just doesn't love you

i think but i could be wrong that Sahira had amended his notes to make her father eligible for a transplant, Henrick was asking her not to do it as it was unethical but she changed them anyway. I think Henrik then changed them to reflect his condition and that he was not eligible for a transplant.

Ah see I got the impression he'd got to her before she did it, then he did it himself to stop her being tempted

I'm a bit of a newby - absolutely loved it when I was younger but have been dipping in and out recently. The storylines are just ridiculous!! What annoyed me this week was the newborn baby - an adult nurse just ignoring the fact that there is a whole department with specialist paediatric doctors and nurses "we can look after her better here", and the doctor accepting this because the nurse has just found out she is pregnant and carry out a really complex heart operation on this adult ward, again without any mention of calling the paeds team. Felt really shouty at this point, but couldn't stop watching.

Nope I don't think he'll kill Ange, I strongly suspect that there'll end up being a dramatic "last minute" scene on the roof. That's what normally happens

She's a doctor but yes ridiculous. Like they had no other patients for Nikki to treat. But anikki did say she was calling paediatric surgical team and the doc who did the op isn't anyone we know

I'm wondering if she knows that her father is possibly an abuser (there was some cryptic comment about the husband not leaving her alone with their children when he brought them to the hospital) and that will scupper any feelings when/if Henrik finds out.

Agree with all other comments that storylines are getting plain daft though.

I think that last time it was revealed that Henrik was in love with Sahara but more in a father / daughter way than a romantic love way. Or maybe somewhere between the two - it was slightly muddled and never fully explained. He definitely wanted to take care of her but you never quite got the impression that he wanted to actually bonk her in the linen closet.

Remembers this isn't the spoilers thread so shits up...

@Mumoftwoinprimary - I don't think HH is a linen closet type of man! More of a fine dining, snuggle in the taxi, then meaningful looks over the cognac at his beautifully decorated home as a precursor to classical music in the bedroom. (Not that I'm overinvested in his love life!!)
