Tonight's was a bit heavy on the snot'n'tears, wasn't it? If anyone can devise a way of Fletch responding quickly and successfully to his treatment and stopping Essie thinking that she should be able to carry on life as normal whilst she's undergoing chemo, please implement your plan ASAP.

Medani's torso was the only redeeming feature of this episode. I've no idea what the pills he bought were - any ideas?

@spiderlight I assumed the Britain First guy but missed the bot about his wife and kid. Reformed but not applied for tattoo fixers?

Ok, I found it on iPlayer, it's April 14th episode about 40 minutes in.

cyclist hits him, Can runs over, cyclist and Cam eyeball each other. Cam runs.

No further sighting of him, I don't think the stolen bag is reported?? He would DEF recognise Scam

I think it is, that's my point. Scam was sucking up on cardio so wasn't around. Maybe he called an ambulance and left, only finding out later he'd died and had come back to make it better. He'll spot Scam and declare him a terrible human and Donna will stab him with a scalpel

Maybe it doesn't need to get that far.

He sees Nikki (spoiler spoiler spoiler) and runs out the hospital and gets hit by the ambulance blah blah blah. When they get to him, in his bag is his diary where he's written about it all. No one claims the body and it's left on the freezer forever.

What a lot of action this week! Dom being reckless. Ditto Sasha when he discharged him. Bike dude (as predicted upthread) recognising Evil Cam and remembering about Xav's bag. Nikki up the duff. Max giving her credit card another thrashing. I'm exhausted!

This whole paying for nurses privately is going to come down on her very hard thought.

So Cam - will he kill again? Will he try to force Nikki to have an abortion? Most shows are quite frugal with abortions, will they really do two in one year? Or will he try bullying he into it but fail? Does this mean Nikki is leaving? Or will it be the opposite? Will she want one and he'll try and force her to keep it to get her out the hospital?

I'm amazed that Max can't see that by paying personally for the bank nurses she's making the board believe that the frugal allocation they're making to staffing is actually sufficient to run things.

I expect that Nikki would be reluctant to have the baby a) because her career is just starting to take off and b) her own mother was not a good parent. The situation could be resolved by her and Cam having a row at the top of a long flight of stairs. Sad

Ah yes his ego might be lightly damaged by Nikki saying she's having an abortion. The Spawn of Evil growing within her must be protected at all costs etc.

My prediction would be that, as Optimist says, Nikki decides to keep the baby and then something Cam does (an argument where he loses his temper and shoves her, perhaps?) causes her to lose it. Thus opening her eyes to him once and for all.

I don't feel confident that the cyclist is long for this world now that Cam has worked out who he is.
