Didn't they finish filming a week around the time of lockdown, so the Ben virus story could have been written to turn into COVID-19. Hope he doesn't die (although not the right demographic to do so). I wonder if they'll use it as a way to kill off anyone (Mo?).

I sort of hope they just carry on like Covid never happened but guess they can't. Although they can just ignore all significant occasions (VE day BH etc) as otherwise they will be so far behind the real life time

Well, one thing's for sure, the writers have had a good three months to be very creative with story arcs, so hoping it comes back with a bang.

If it's not due back till Autumn they might mention it in past tense so we don't have to go through dreary lockdown 2 handers or poor chantelle being beaten daily.

I LOVED the end of that episode, BUT for me is was spoilt by the fact that Ian - presumably - put up the money for it.
How did Sharon end up in a position where she was financially dependent on Phil?
It's depressing how victim-like the women in EE are. They all seem to need a man to bale them out. With the exception of Ruby of course.

I heard an interview with an actress from Home and Away and she said they used camera trickery to make it look like the characters were kissing. I've no idea how!
