The storyline of the Met Police and racism is valuable but poorly delivered. I think soaps in general dont deliver social ills well. Homelessness, addiction, debt etc.

I'm really liking the Kush and Kat union.

I do hope Sharon and Phil get back together.

I dont think M and Ell will sell.

Ian's guilt will eat from within.

Think EE are doing the domestic violence storyline better than Corrie at the moment.

It is boring at the moment.

I don't think Keegan's storyline is boring at all. It's something black teenagers/young men are having to deal with in real life.

I don't think Keegan has done anything wrong insofar as if a white person had said and done the same things, the outcome would have been very different. It's a whole culmination of a thousand and one minor discriminatory things that are chipping away at him.

The Keegan story is so tedious, it feels like one PSA announcement going on all the time.

I'll be honest, I'm finding it boring. I don't give a shit about Ben and his hearing. Or about most of the other storylines.

I’m in agreement with many of you, finding it boring at the minute! And yet I still tune in to watch

One other thing that's dragging the show down is the Panesar family. They've not integrated properly into the show and they don't add much. I think the producers wanted to add more south Asian characters into EE to be more representative of the real east end but nobody can be bothered to give them any decent stories and character development.

It took a while for the Taylors to bed down into the Square.

I’m struggling with the Panesars too, I find them all unlikeable. In an early scene when they first arrived, Kheerat physically squared up to his sister in a quite unpleasant way that made me shudder a bit, and IMO he’s not improved since.

I'm bored with it all atm.
I only caught the last ten mins yesterday and I didn't really care about Tiff or Keegan.
Ash and Iqra seem to be heading for an off / on relationship and I also am bored by Ben n Callum who I used to really like a lot. I'm not sure why I'm not feeling it : could be the corona virus curse or just some boring storylines just now.
I'm sure I'll miss it when it's not on though : there will be gaps as they can't film at the moment.

I think it is written to be shown 4 times a week and it is too slow when only on twice. You have to wait ages for the next episode and then nothing much happens.
They should show it Tuesdays and Thursdays to avoid such a big gap.

I’m enjoying the dullness and normality of the whole thing. It’s comforting. Nobody is talking about the bloody virus.
