I think you’re right about the older players magi - being out of competitive tennis for a while has got to have an effect on them and like you say they might see another side of life. They are all so competitive and single minded though - I bet they’re finding it pretty tough. I like the idea of baby Rafas though

@janeJeffer. I'm obviously in the minority regarding Djok lol, I do find him a little cringey though. I watched Djok at a bbq in last years Wimbeldon final and at the end we all started rooting for him, Fed and the crowd just seemed a bit smug and entitled. I think Rafa and Djok at their peak are both better players. I do love Rafa too. Although Pat Rafter....nice! You can tell my age xx

BGD you are probably a similar vintage to the majority of us! I do think that Roger in his prime was an amazing player. I’ve always loved Rafa for his energy and style of play. Djok is obviously a very good player but watching him leaves me a bit cold but everyone is welcome here

BGD I was completely neutral during the Wimbledon final so I didn't mind Djok winning and he didn't do his stupid celebration which was good. No doubt they're both amazing players.

I enjoyed GBBO but I missed the beginning and hadn't a clue who Tan was until I googled him. I preferred watching Johanna baking than playing tennis. I find her serve so irritating. I follow her dog on Instagram. He's very cute.

BGD my view on djok is that basically, you have to admire him (am also definitely in the minority here!)! Last time we saw him (v lovely David Goffin), we so wanted Goffin to win, but half way through mum and I just looked at each other and said v grudgingly, "Djokovic is so good though isn't he?" Argh!

This was in the Mail btw which click-baited me into looking at something about Wimbledon. It was saying that they could move to the Olympics slot later in the summer, but that they weren't keen. Or something.
