Thought I’d do a separate thread for the finale so that if anyone is just starting to watch they don’t get spoiled.

Damian and Giannina. What a fuck up. I couldn’t live with her though. She is seriously hard work.

Jessica needs to find some new friends because her bridesmaids were not nice. Sure talk about how embarrassing it is for her but not when you're on camera. Neither one of them followed her to check she's ok either 🙈

I was surprised when in her entrance to the venue piece Jessica seemed so sure and calm, but I guess she knew she was going to say no?

I'm happy for Lauren and Cameron and Amber and Barnett. Amber and Barnett seem like they have a lot of fun, I don't know if it's the best basis for a marriage but it's definitely a good start.

With regards Amber not working, she posted on Instagram to say the reason she wasn't working at that time was because there some legal action going on with regards to an injury she got at work before the show.

Amber said she's glad she got married & "didn't end up in jail". Was she going to kill him? Or just her life is such a fucking mess. I did not expect him to say yes, and tbh I think it's a huge mistake. His poor family. His brother's face was a classic.

Love Lauren & Cameron - they seem sensible & considered. No hysterics. How the hell did they get on the show??? 😂 Hope they stay together.

The thing about he should have given GG a heads up - they're not supposed to til they're at the altar. That's the whole premise! Plus, sorry she's a fucking petulant child. He's a total dick, but she seems to be trying to live up to her middle name (Milady) 😂

Jessica Messica. Was she a bit tipsy on the altar? They both seem very damaged. He was so desperate "I'll be the man I can be". Be yourself, ffs.

Kenny & Kelly - she was never going to marry him & he knew that. They both seem nice enough, but there was zero spark.

Oh & I'm 52 and still single... 😂🙏🏼

I'm interested to see this reunion show now! Do we think any of the failed couples have tried to carry on outside of the experiment?

I think Mark should have seen this coming a mile off, whereas Kenny was a bit blindsided.

There's something about Damien and Gigi's relationship that has unsettled me, and I'm glad they didn't end up together.

Damian and Gigi smacked you me of a father and daughter relationship. The dynamics in it were all wrong.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Jessica was sloshed at the alter. She was for the rest of the experiment 😂

@Damntheman I am indeed!!! I've thought it the whole time, the gaslighting, blaming everything back on her, the LOVEBOMBING and then dragging her up the altar to basically say "you're crazy, I'm not marrying you"

Barnett did the decent thing and told Amber he was having second thoughts, there was no reason for the public slating that Dam gave Gigi after allowing her to think that they were going to get married.

I’m genuinely interested to know what others have seen with D & G as I’m usually pretty alive to gaslighting and just can’t quite see it. I can see it’s not an ideal relationship but more from my perspective that he is too serious and staid whereas she is more impulsive and full of big feelings. They don’t communicate well and as I say it feels more like they’re the ones with the big age gap.

Do you not notice how things are never ever his fault OP? And the way that any conversation that starts with GiGi attempting to discuss his problematic behaviour turns into an argument about all the things he hates about her and how she has to change? And how he always has to overpower her either verbally or physically? The way she apologises almost constantly throughout the show but he only ever apologises in a sidestep way and only ever after she's apologised first. His are never genuine or heartfelt. And then the way he throws money at the problem whenever she looks like she might walk away? Helicopter date anyone?

My view is I don’t think Damian is abusive. I think GG is a complete Self obsessed drama queen and he just quite rightly lost patience with it.
