Just seen that my post was 999, so though I should open a new one. Not meaning to tread on anyone's toes - except Gary/Ryan/Geoff etc.

We've had one death with a hairdryer electrocuting Ken's first wife. They were off to the caribbean with Ken taking up a teaching job and then this happened.

We need something horrible for Geoff

I think David pushed Gail after he found out Tina had a termination and Gail knew all about it.

Didn't Rob push Tina off a balcony in the end, can't remember why.

Poor David doesn't have much luck at all really.

Would be nice if Geoff ended up completely helpless in a bed, at the mercy of Yasmeen and Aliya.....whilst they got their revenge!

I thought Rob had hit Tina over the head to finish her off AFTER she fell from the balcony. I think she was blackmailing him about something... can't recall honestly.

I forgot about Rob. I don't think Coronation Street would be a good Mastermind subject, there are too many people to forget.

Didn't Becky push Tracey down some stairs as well?

Yes Spam i think she did and Tracy said she miscarried because of it but that was a lie, and also Clare pushed her during another time and she was unconscious for a while and then Becky helped Clare leave the street before she was charged.

Ah yes, she fled because had the police found out it was her she'd have gone to prison for life for pushing someone. I always thought that was one of Corrie's more ridiculous storylines, but we've come a long way since then...

Why hasn't Yasmeen found the camera with all that cleaning she does ?!

Perhaps Geoff has a point about her cleaning not being up to standard.

I think Geoff needs to fall into the chicken coop and get pecked to death by the hens. They should take their time about it too.

Perhaps she thinks it's a security camera? He has them dotted around i think, the camera could even be part of the security system perhaps?

That dinner he made, where we thought there wasn't time to kill, pluck, and cook the hen so he was lying and bought a cooked one.... since Jane Bronte (or Emily or Charlotte or Jane Austen or whatever) is missing, we must assume he really did cook her?
I realise that sentence makes zero sense to anyone who missed that episode. In fact, the grammar police would be horrified.

20minutes or so. But roasting a chicken takes much much longer.

And aren't you meant to let them hang for a while, or is that only game birds? (You can tell my chickens come from Waitrose!)

My chickens come from Tesco... But an ex of mine was a country lass and plucked many a chicken. I don't recall her hanging chickens tho, pheasants she would for several days.

I think he genuinely fed her Charlotte Bronte, and they've just assumed their viewers have no knowledge of how long it takes to kill and prepare a chicken (which is certainly true in my case). He pretended to feed her Charlotte quite a while ago, so was for real this time.

God I hate Geoff, I really hope Yasmeen gets out tonight but I think the story is going to carry on for a while yet.

Was Geoff watching that whole conversation where Aliyah said he would walk back in as if nothing happened? So he’ll know not to do that. Hopefully Ryan catches him at something when he drops the suitcase round.

Was hard to watch tonight. Its played so well and true to reality. The whole leaving, bombarded with texts to guilt you back. Made to think they will hurt themselves. You go back beside yourself they have harmed themselves and then they minimise and make out you're over reacting. Excatly what happens.

Why didn't Aliyah speak to Tim or Sally earlier so Yasmeen could get away.

Why can't the scriptwriters see Rafflesway's suggestions? The idea of Geoff smashing his head into the stair wall will keep me amused during lockdown.
Talking of lockdown, it's clearly affecting me more than I thought because I found both Michael and Nick attractive tonight
