Oh no! I am disappointed, my small pleasures have become very large lately!

It's comforting, the idea that life as we know it in Corrie has ground to a halt is upsetting! It is a habit too.

Don't worry Yasmeen you'll get rescued in at least 3 months!!

Oh no! I will miss Corrie. The Yasmeen story has made it a lot more compelling than it usually is. I usually prefer Eastenders Can't wait for her to leave that ratbag Geoff.

I think we need to keep this thread going with what we want to happen!

The quads are adopted by Paul and Billy and they go off to a vicarage in the countryside to live happily ever after.

Next storyline by next poster!

I like the idea of Billy opening a sort of commune in the vicarage - they can pop back to the Rovers occasionally, and leave the quads with a babysitter.

And Yasmeen joins them in the commune and has the best life!

Followed by Norris and Ken when Rula runs off with the head guy at Stagnant Waters.

I like the idea of Corrie doing a realistic storyline and Covid sweeping through the street. Everyone decides to isolate. The rovers goes bust. Underworld closes. People move away and others move in..no one speaks to each other as they don't know each other. Everyone leaves the house at 7.30 to commute into Manchester's everyone comes back around 6pm. Then they sit watching Netflix and posting shite on Mumsnet and twitter.
It goes from a silly OtT soap into a fly.on the wall documentary about a street of working class folk in Manchester...

It would be impossible to self isolate there, all living in small houses and flats. Except for houses with outside toilets.

I would support any storyline, no matter how ludicrous, if it meant we see the end of the appalling Gemma.

I think Billie couldn't live in the vicarage when he was with his previous partner (whoever that was), by order of the bishop. I thought at the time that he should forgo his own sex life and think of Summer and provide a home where she could have her own space and have friends to stay.

Todd? Sean? There would be no hanky panky with quads to mind, plus summer. The bishop can rest easy, although parish would be neglected.

Parish? What parish does Billy have?. It just seems to exist from one end of Coronation Street to the other.Constant socialising with the residents and dropping into the Rovers everyday seems to be all the vicaring Billy does.My old granny would say ''He has a better job than the poliss in the park''

But he does order a beer, put on a serious face, and listen in to other people's conversations A LOT! That's a very important job, someone has to do it.

I may have missed the relevant episode, but is Summer another one who went upstairs to do her homework and hasn't been seen since?

What's happening at Underworld? Does Gary own it? Who is funding Beth to stay in Scotland with Daniel & Bertie for weeks on end? What happened with the Kevin/Abi/sleazy bistro man blackmail plot? So many questions!

Was it some sort of retreat that Daniel went to? It'll be mega expensive.... I fancy a job in Underworld, it must pay loads of dosh

Maybe Sinead had good life insurance, unlikely as that seems?
