I would love sheanu to just set up home in the square with their new baby, bold as brass, and stick two fingers up to the Mitchell’s telling them to like it or lump it. Sharon can handle dirty looks and snide comments from anyone. Keanu appears to be growing a backbone. They could do it.

Just realised that there is three people currently in Eastenders that were 'dead, but not dead-deads' - Keanu, Daniel and Cathy (have I missed anyone?). Imagine if that was real life? I think that's why people are speculating about the anniversary episode as there being an actual death. Not a spolier by the way. I do like to come on here and speculate, but I do worry about being right and people thinking I've dropped a spolier, so I keep it to myself.

Must admit actress who plays Linda does play drunk very well, but it's getting on my nerves a bit now. I do tend though to get bored with story lines that drag on.

Kat was not really dead. Stu's life seemed in question at times. Max was buried alive.

It's a good thing Sonia lives on the square to bring everyone back to life never mind their medical emergency.

Cant say its a spoiler saying someones dead because they havnt released anywhere 100% if anyone dies and certainly not who. So i think pp is just guessing.

The dramatic music is a bit much these days : never used to have music back in the day unless it was a special or Julia's theme. Then only at the end. Now it's all the time : enough with the cheesy scary music. It's not a horror movie! ( despite the undead turning up and the odd murder and mayhem...😂)

@catinb0oots yes she def is faking as last week she asked Jean the name of her dr and how she was feeling then she used all of it to tell her daughter!

I'm finding the jean/daniel.story very sweet and know it's going to be ultimately heartbreaking.

The Keanu story is really annoying, he started out as a believable character but this is ridiculous.

What happened to Kats taxi and her taking the knowledge?

Where has Cherry gone, poor kid?

Has sharon actually been pregnant a whole year now?

Why didnt sonia book tickets in London?

Where are all these derelict places that are conveniently placed within walking distance of Walford?

If Sharon and Keanu do get together, how will she explain to Denny that she'd lied about Phil killing Keanu?

Keanu looks so much better with more hair! Someone mentioned aunt Babe up thread. Loved the way she could go from a happy face, to a miserable one in an instant.

When I’m downstairs at night, I can hear my children clear their throats. Leo managed to creep back up to the attic when he heard Sonia come into the house. Presumably he shut the attic door behind him. It’s an old house, it has crap insulation like most old houses. Surely someone can hear him! I hope he drops that big knife on his hand and cuts off a finger and yells out and that will be the end of the ridiculous storyline.

The sisters need money and help paying their bills so they give rooms to unemployed
Bobby and Bex. How is that going to work? Presumably Bobby lost his part time job at Ian’s restaurant when Ian disowned him? I’m sure Kathy is giving him money but enough to pay for a house share, food and living expenses?
Let’s hope the sisters liven Bex up a bit. She is a tragic character.
I like the Jean and Daniel story too. I know they aren’t ‘old’ but some of the best EE storylines are by the older characters. I’m not talking about the pantomime type Patrick. I mean Pam and Les, Ted and his wife, Dot, yet the older couples come and quickly go. It’s a shave really as they bring a depth to EE that is mostly missing. I guess that isn’t the road the EE writers want to take and instead they focus on the younger ones. I remember when they made a huge effort to get a younger audience but it’s always the same repeated storylines. Lazy writing or maybe just not good enough writers.

Usually to get up to an attic in an old house you have to open a hatch and pull a ladder down. There is no way Leo can do all that silently. Stupid story line. But he is seriously frightening up there. Why does he go all Hannibal lecter when he finds out Whitney is going to Bristol?

I’ve just watched the trailer. I said further up the thread it looks like something gonna happen between whit and Mick......well in the trailer it looks like whit gives mick ‘a look’ then shuffle off. Could be me jumping to things though.
