Yes, only the pro dances etc are filmed in advance. You will notice the ‘live’ logo appear and disappear depending whether they’re showing a live bit or a pre recorded bit!

This programe is shit isnt it? Lets be honest its just a Poundland version of Strictly. I used to love it back in the day when it was subtly different enough from Strictly that it has own quirky appeal, but turning it into a Strictly clone has killed it for me.

Also the routines are awful, and it makes you realise how good Jayne and Chris are at what they do because its sucked since they became judges instead of choreographers.
