Anyone see Alex on The One Show last night? The BEEB seem to use SCD as a nursery for their new star presenters. She looked amazing and apart form being a bit nervous did her job very well.

She's done a few stints on the One Show now. All since Strictly as far as I remember. She seems relaxed and natural - a few nerves.

I wonder if it's more that they see the contestant's potential on Strictly rather than using it as a nursery.

Gabby Logan went earlier than she should have done. She was quite competitive and the Strictly audience seems to prefer an improver rather than someone who starts strongly and wants to win.

Latola Mohammed was on Question of Sport last might. Very handsome, very smiley, very personable. I'd expect him to start pitching up on various shows soon. (sp?)

Gareth Malone has just declared himself a huge fan of Strictly in The Times. Think we all know what that means!

But it has been everywhere else (Twitter, and all the FB Spoiler groups) so there is a possibility that a certain person will find this thread and post the spoiler. I hope not but you never know.

TOLBINC Harry danced with Ola pre Strictly for Children in need. He looks super cute when it's finished and the crowd goes wild.

The Xmas was actually spoilered by one of the slebs by mistake. It's on earlier this year and I will be watching it after my dinner. Have been watching lots of previous routines - I did like Katie and Brenda and Harry and Jo. Less keen on Louis, Melvin and Ainsley. Neil's scarfography with Anita was an interesting choice. Tom totally rings. Have any of you got the Strictly boardgame from last year - is it any good? asking for a friend
