Also can we take a minute to just appreciate how cute Aljaz doing Irish dancing was. He comes across as so lovely.

I do hate the way it's gone all xfactory Yes bloody 'ell. Why has every effin' programme got to to look, and sound, the same?

Why has the BBC got to to copy ITV , Channel 4 etc. etc. ????? Why haven't they got the courage and pride to do something different????

I blame the Sycowell factory.

Not only the above is annoying, even every documentary now has bloody plinky plonky MUSIC playing in it. I wonder where they're hiding the orchestra up a mountain or wherever? I wrote to the Radio times complaining , they do get a lot of people complaining but it seems that they need to to attract the youth who are more important than the over 50s, forgetting that there are many more of us.

Sorry to rant on but it really gets on my nerves, I was going to be crude but I decided not to.

Then in her Stories she was going no look he's really OK! But tbh he looked just as wrecked! And he's lost a shitload of weight too and the lad didn't need to lose weight.

Yes! I've just seen that this morning and thought exactly the same thing, he looks knackered. It must really take its toll though going from possibly very little exercise (guessing) to suddenly days of hours of training like that.

SCD must take it's toll in lost weight, I noticed that Neil was looking skinny when they were unfairly chucked. Chis WAS nicely covered and now isn't !!!!

Hmm. Kelvin is all muscle and probably that does not waste away like flab does. Not that we have seen his legs in tights. Some men are all muscle from bum upwards with skinny legs.
I watched a contest between men and 1 women in vertical rock climbing and the woman WON. The expert witness stated that men tend to use their mighty arm muscles instead of their mighty leg ones, but rereft of any of that the woman used her ingenuity and used her legs as her main power and her lighterweight triumphed against the heavier men. Cannot remember who it was, though.
Her smaller feet and agility probably helped too.

Also think Jeanette is partnered with Kelvin for the tour as she will be easier to lift and throw around than Oit with her super long.long legs.

I didn't think there was anything wrong with AJ on ITT last night - annoyed with himself he hadn't done better, but I didn't think any worse than that.

I thought the segment on ITT with Giovanni's strictly CV was lovely, he was so sweet about Debbie & Faye.

His language has really come on too, he was saying when he started he spoke no English & he was so scared.

Oh yes coveting it was one of my favourite segments on ITT so far. There's something very pleasant and unassuming about our Joe

I had another idea about improving SCD ,how about a whole episode or 2 concentrating on one musical and dance era e.g. The Forties , Fifties etc. That would show the Syco kids (and producers\directors) how much better they used to match .

Yes, Gio was lovely. I didn't take to him in his first couple of years. I thought he came across as arrogant but now I think that was just the language barrier. Now he's more confident with English, he definitely has a sense of humour and brings out the best in his partners. He was lovely about Faye and especially about Debbie.

I think there's something oddly sexy about Ed Balls. He has beautiful eyes. And he's funny and obviously intelligent, which is always attractive.

Agree about Ed Balls eyes...and frankly I'd take the entire lot of old politicians over the current group of idiots any day of the week. Never thought I'd be pining for John Major and Tony Blair!
