Very surprised that Zach went out today - thought he was a potential winner. Poor lad did have a bad day though.

Zack was one of my favourites. I've been hoping Fern would go since the start.

I must admit to a soft spot for Robbie - he’s so positive and perky!

Robbie is just such a great lad. Really hope he wins.

I've been watching this when I've finished work as a change from Covid 19 stuff and have to say, some of them annoyed me slightly (Fern and Zach!) then I feel bad about that as they are kids!

They bake better than me but I do do good cakes so...!

Naima is such a little sweetie, Robbie is amazing and Cece really came out of her skin with confidence yesterday. They're all lovely and it's so refreshing to see them.

I do wonder about Harry Hill though - he seems annoying (especially when you're stressed and baking) - I'd choose someone else next time. Ravneet and Liam are great judges - both spot on in their judging and when someone is voted off and someone is also star baker they pay equal attention to both which is good.

I think Reece is good but after yesterday not 100% sure if he doesn't think some of his bakes through - candied lime as Liam said would've been good.

I hate saying this about a child - who's 10 - but I found Fern very annoying and whingey. After her Ferrerro Rocher disaster from yesterday too not amazingly competent either.

I think the age span is too big- a 9 year old against a 15 year old? And some of them can't reach the freezer, bless them. Love the show though.

Oh, Fern was funny and really made me laugh, but I don’t think she was ever destined for the final group. CeCe’s ‘chocolate-cream cookies’ Oreo cake looked amazing and I think she was a bit miffed at not getting star baker....with some justification, I think, as it was head and shoulders above the rest presentation-wise. Still, Robbie’s tasted good, and I like him too. He’s a cheery young chap. Still think Reece will probably win. And how amazingly poised is Naima for 10?

Fern was really funny, think she said she wasnt allowed sweets so every bake seen her eating something, she quite often had chocolate on her mouth and face where she had been eating, very funny! How clever they all are!!

Yes wasn’t expecting that result, but right decision.

Yes, Naima was the only one to produce a passable showstopper today. She often struggles with the technicals but she's very talented artistically especially given how young she is.

But they're all amazing really.

It was a real shame about Safiya- she was so good at the technicals and it’s hard to understand why her showstoppers didn’t always work, with that level of skill.

I thought it was hilarious when Will stabbed Harry's finger with the fork when he put it in the centre of the melon, he was really bleeding 😂

Love Naima. But I think one of the older ones will win it. Would be lovely if CeCe won, just to see her smiles Sad to see Saffiyah go. I thought she should have got star baker with the cake with the bleeding hand on it.

@CleverCatty yes. Totally agree.

It was very close last night but as the technical was so close, they had to go on the showstopper and Saffiyah’s was the only choux not to cook properly.
I root for Reece tonight. He’s so talented & has a great personality.

I was surprised (but not amazingly surprised) that Naima got star baker after her technical came last.

Pity that Saffiyah messed up and I was a little bit at how she took at being eliminated but I guess she was upset and knew she'd messed up.

For me, I'd prefer CeCe, Robbie or Naima to win - probably the latter two.

Naima is very funny and sweet!

Agreed re how confident the girls are but not seen this before so can't compare!

I do think sometimes Harry has to be a bit careful between being funny/annoying as sometimes he verges on annoying. His 'shoe'/choux tower was funny yesterday though.

Reece’s finale cake!!!!! Wow. They are all amazing, but this is outstanding.

I think that was the right choice, he has been incredible from day 1.

They have all been such lovely competitors . Honestly , if they are representative of their generation we don’t have much to worry about.
