This is the thread for the season finale Episode 13 (season 3) of The Handmaid's Tale.

We are watching on Channel 4, UK pace and have only seen episodes 1 - 12 so far.

I would assume that whoever organised the plane tipped off the Canadians.

was the guard at the start who June spoke to about her daughter the same man in Canada who was the little girl's dad?

Very disappointing. Just a build-up to another series. I've loved it so far, but enough is enough. I thought I'd find the final scenes incredibly emotional, but they left me strangely unmoved.

Brilliant episode but that’s what I thought. It seemed unrealistic that none of the kids resisted.

@Crinkle77 I guess it wouldn't take to much to trigger a memory of a parent.

I agree @Tinkhasflown - calling her name and hearing a familiar voice would surely trigger something even if she doesn't have clear memories.

@RandomMess I'm delighted to see Serena get her comeuppance. Why should she just get away with it all. I found it very frustrating that she was given visitation with Nichole.

June will definitely survive. I don't know how they could script away keeping them all off the wall though!

I am supposed to be picking my DD up from the airport. Her flight, thankfully, is delayed! I have binged watched 5 episodes of THT this week and did not want to miss the finale. Must go now... what a great episode.

I cried throughout. Maybe it's hormones but I found that episode very emotive. Gutted for Luke though.
