After I watched the Lego video on the US Open account, I saw they'd also posted a clip of gangly Goran from yonks ago doing keepy-uppies - he looks about 19! Cute.

Oh yessss get in, Delpo is going to be back on court soon! He's announced it on Instagram yes I'm practically living over there ATM.

He put his speedy recovery down to relaxing by log fires and not trying to come back too soon

Ok he didn't actually say anything about the log fires. But I'm sure they were important.

Am genuinely v v v excited to see him back.

I was annoyed by a headline I read earlier saying something like Nadal isn't playing in Beijing. Kyrgios will be there. Basically trying to imply Dick's presence was Rafa's reason for not playing.

It's getting so boring now. Rafa had already said he would be focusing on the masters events, in a bid to cut down his schedule as the year goes on.

Pfftt. Headlines like that are so annoying aren't they? As if Rafa cares what Kyrgios does! Honestly, why would he?

The order of play is out for Monday and Tuesday - Rafa doesn't play until the first Tuesday night match, 7pm NY time.

I was just reading that Milkman's last three NY matches (including this one) have been Fed, Djok and now Rafa.

I just had a look at the Serena thread and had to hide it once I got to the first "But men have done a lot worse and not been punished" post, based on some clips put together on YouTube

I started reading the Serena thread but then stopped after the first page - it was never going to end well.

I’ve been a bit out of the tennis loop this week - not sure why really haven’t been doing anything exciting

I now need to investigate Tsonga’s hair, Lego tennis and Goran.

Looking forward to the US Open but if they keep putting Rafa on the night sessions I probably won’t get to see much of him. I remember last year one of his matches finished at about 7.30am our time so I managed to see the end of it!

Just been reading through your posts- and am disappointed to hear the Serena thread has been deleted. Although I'm sure reading it would have done me no good .
