I think Abi wasn't a bad actress and I was upset that she 'died' as they could have done more with her character , especially as she was looking forwards to being a mum more than any character ever in the history of EE! Now Baby Abi has the toxic Max and Rainie caring for her , poor soul!

The hypocrisy re Ben being a murderer etc drive me nuts.

But those sorts of things drive me nuts in RL too. I HATE that being popular or powerful means people forget what you do or judge your equal actions differently. Angry

The Booby and ghost Lucy storyline is so powerful and I think being done extremely well. He's clearly feeling guilt over what he did and the ghost is his conscious wrestling himself.

Feel sorry for Linda. But I'm glad they are showing a realistic storyline about how difficult even the most routine daily events can be.

What did Tina do in club that she doesn't want Kathy to find out. And why is Kathy wearing massive brown eye shadow circles Confused

The school gate cliques are often threads on mumsnet ; it's all too real to feel left out.
Having been frozen out at the gates ( long time ago, but not much changes over the years) I can sympathise and it's good that EE are showing this. Ollie also has special needs, so this might make it harder.
I hope she thinks' blow them all' and not care, but I think it'll be hard for her.

Shame Tiff is doing a beauty course, in reality she be qualified work for mim wage doing someone’s nails. At least if she did hair dressing she could have earning potential.

Beauty courses these days are far more than just nails! If she sticks with it through all her levels she’ll earn just as well as if she had done hair dressing. Beauty is big business. It’s one of the industries that does well during recession.

Glad it’s not just me noticing Kathy’s weird eye make up. It looks so silly especially when she hasn’t done the rest of her face! Or even eyeliner/mascara.

Also thinking they should’ve just got original Lucy back. All this blurry face ghost stuff is very annoying. She mustn’t have wanted to come back for it.

Poor Mel. I can’t believe didn’t stand up to Phil over it. He usually does. He’s the only one who ever stands up to Phil and gets away with it.

I agree that Jay could talk Phil round a bit about the funeral , but his probably realising it's a waste of time as Hunter targeted two Mitchell's!
I know it's not funny at all, but I did smile when Jay mentioned the doves and Mel said ' I've got to scale it back'.

Ben may have been done for manslaughter but he still killed off the lovely Ev , so not much sympathy from me there!

Mel did have a point that the Mitchell's can get away with most things yet she's getting all this flack when she's lost her only son.
The Bobby thing is odd and I'll be pleased when it's resolved but It's a bit different so at least an 7 out of ten for the producers doing something out of the ordinary to hi light PTSD, which he is clearly suffering from.

I think that beauty and hairdressing does well in a recession the same as the drinks industry always does; when times are good we get dressed up, when times are bad we have treats to cheer ourselves up!
Tiff is on a winner if she sticks with it.

While I understand Mel's feelings, Hunter getting the funeral 'he deserves' won't be the reaction of most people in the square. She would be better off going somewhere else. Jay is great, he can bury me anytime.
Kaff's cheekbones seem to be getting higher and sharper and the red-eye look is weird I agree.
