They seem to have dropped Jay and Lola as a storyline. I thought that snog in the Vic bathroom was going to lead to lots of angst and secret meetings.

Maybe Jay is scared of upsetting Ben by seeing Lola. He has no luck with women.

Right, so Kaff is Ian's mum, so who was mother of twins? Family trees on EE like a maze.

Cindy was the twins mum. She was also Steven's mum. Ian thought he was Steven's dad, then found out Wicksy was, but agreed to bring him up as his own.

Laura was Bobby's mum. Originally Ian thought he wasn't, as he'd just had a vasectomy and Laura had been having an affair with Lynne Salter's husband, who believed he was Bobby's dad. But a DNA revealed the vasectomy hadn't been 100% effective. Laura died and Ian married Jane who adopted Bobby.

I've been watching EE too long.

Wasn’t Pete Beale Wicksy’s dad though? So Ian Beale was Stephens uncle by blood. So is blood related to baby Abi? Or was Pete Beale not his dad in the end?

The blood lines in EE are a nightmare : everyone was related to Pat once upon a time. The Brannings and the Beales are hard to unpick.

I have a vague memory of when Cindy and Ian were living in a 1 bedroom flat with the 3 children. They slept on a sofa bed in the sitting room and her and David were kissing .

Considering how much Jane Beale wanted a child of her own ( but couldnt concieve because Steve ' other head' shot her and meant she couldnt have a baby) its amazing she has now stayed away from Bobby new head and not even phoned him up now his out of clink! they could, at least, show him on a mobile speaking or texting her or something.

I can only recall David and Carol Branning (?) together ( as Bianca is his daughter) not with Cindy at all, but it was all a long time ago so i am probably wrong. I do recall Cindy with Wicksy and Ian finding out all about that - Steven was his child and they both lived in New Zealand for a while and Cindy 'died' off camera in prison..Wicksy ( simon) did come back when Pat died and laid some flowers i think or was that David Wicks?

Bianca was first cousins with both Steven (David and Simon are brothers) and Abi (carol and Max are brother and sister) so baby Abi is doubly related to her

Ricky butcher is David wicks’ step brother due to Pat and frank marrying so Ricky is actually Bianca’s step uncle. So he is Tiffany’s (and Liam’s) dad and great step uncle

I loved Jays line about still trying to figure out woman (birds) let alone men. He can deliver them drying without needing to draw you in. His humour is natural.

It’s funny working out who’s related to who on EE. It’s like listening to my dad tell a story about someone local. His family have lived here for hundreds of years and he knows everyone going back generations. He can tell you the relationships and who was married to who, before they got married to the next one who is a sister of of the woman who had a child with Yer man in the butchers while he was going with the one from the charity shop.
