What sort of expectations are we placing against women and their bodies now when someone with thr physique of Elma is said to look pregnant.

Yewande has nothing to offer the island she is in a couple that looks like it's going no where. She has decided Danny couldn't be that into her even though he hasn't given her any reason to think that. I feel sorry for Danny she is not affectionate, she is just quite boring and square. She is incredibly bitchy and likes casing shit. I hope she goes soon. Amy and Amber drive me insane too with their bitchiness. It's not a nice environment for any new girls coming in and I wouldn't not be surprised although I would be disappointed to see Lucie walk.

I don't know how Yewande got on there really, she isn't showing much personality or anything and the minute someone is into her she backs off, when she said she liked him. Hopefully Danny will go for someone else.

The problem with Joe going is that Lucie is going to feel more isolated. She probably will walk and I wouldn't blame her - the other women in there are all so bitchy except Molly and Maura. Anna and Amy don't even have the excuse of being young.

I think Yewande was paid to go on there?

Anyone else find it really annoying that they all brush their teeth as if they're using a manual toothbrush....wtf is all that about!!

Flack has always carried weight round her middle... skinny limbs and a (slightlier) chunky torso -though she's still got a great figure on her.
I liked her hair better last year-those extensions (I assume) don't do much for her. Last year I had hair envy!

Yewande's hair is suddenly much nicer. I think she is really shy and naturally reticent (i.e. normal) but you need to be much more bolshy to work on the show. I don't think she (or Lucie) is enjoying it as much as much as they hoped. She's just not interested in Danny. She might also be suddenly conscious of the impact of this on her professional career!

Thank God for Maura. If ever a girl had a brief from her management when she went on, it's her, and I assume she's a "plant" rather than an organic contestant, because last night would have been such a snooze fest without her.

I loved how she & what's his face were unexpectedly REALLY EFFICIENT at the food challenge.

Why would anyone look at Elma & assume she’s pregnant. Even if she had a 6 month bloat on I wouldn’t jump to pregnancy cause you know she’s on a show called Love Island. As it was I didn’t see anything remotely bump like.

Can’t see how Lucie will cope without Joe. Maybe they will put a new boy in for her? If she leaves crying the producers will be in for tons of criticism.

I really didn’t like Maura at all and I still don’t really, but how supportive she has been to Lucie has made me warm to her a bit

fancynancyclancy I would imagine that Lucie divides her hair into sections and brushes. Being gentle at the root and speratings them to ensure non are getting tangled. Never had the micro rings she has.

My tape in ones, you just brush like normal hair. Just be a bit more gentle.

Honestly the tape ones are to hassle free. I cant even feel them.

The bonded ones I had, more similar to micro rings, than tape, were a pain. I had to sit every night making sure the bonds were not tangled at the root.

I dont really do anything different with tape ins than when I didnt have them in.

I'm also a bit bemused by Yewande being in there. I suspect they were trying for different personality types, but she's really quiet, quite introverted, relatively insecure, and doesn't really do much at all. To be fair though, Danny also does fuck all.

I like Maura, she makes for great tv, but I suspect as a friend in real life she'd be exhausting. Fun but exhausting.

I've never used an electric toothbrush and I would guess that you just use them the same as an ordinary toothbrush. Do you not?

some friends use the clip in (?) temp ones & i love the way you can just hang them up & style them.
