Changed the name of this thread as we were very upset with the ending of series 3 out in Bangladesh! Waiting out for news of series 4. In the meantime, we are reviewing the seven series of Soldier Soldier.

Kate is trying to help.

I'm not keen on Kieran's outfit - a bit shapeless.

Kate's turned up to see Paddy, that's nice.

Paddy is giving advice to Kate about hanging on to Kieran.

Paddy senses something is up between Kieran and Kate - he knows all the gossip.

Paddy reassures Kate that Kieran loves her, ahh, that's sweet.

Why is Kate at the apartment? Oh now she's in on the stake out.

I seem to have missed Paddy’s pep talk to Kate.

Kate goes to Andreas' shop to pretend she wants to buy lots of table linen etc. Donna and Nelson are in on the act from a little distance away. Andreas hears the police sirens and tries to do a runner.

Will Andreas get away?

I'm amazed (even as a plot device) that the nurse, Sinead, has agreed to come back to see Paddy after her shift has finished. Isn't fraternising with a patient against all the rules?

Nice bit of teamwork and the criminal is caught.

Oh, Paddy's nurse is all dressed up in civvies. She has quite a bedside manner - sorry it's not beside the bed it's on the bed.

Yes ilove I can't imagine Matron would approve. I can hear Kenneth Williams saying "oooh, Matron!!"

I’m sure snogging a patient is against the rules.

It's a miracle cure...hooray!

Now Kieran knows he has Kate to thank for getting the case solved. He really needs to grovel a bit...I mean a LOT!

Andreas has confessed and the jewellery has been found so Marsha thankfully is off the hook.

Even though he's been arrested, Andreas has complimented Kate on her detective skills.

Oh look, here comes a very contrite Kieran. Kate eventually lets him in. It looks as if he's forgiven.

What I like about Soldier Soldier is that nearly every episode has a happy ending. To quote our dearly departed Elvis "All's right in the world".

Paddy’s got his sight back! Aw!

Ahh, she's forgiven him, but he'd better never mess up again.

Meanwhile, Paddy plays a little trick on his mates.

I nearly forgot which Elvis you meant there ilove and I was thinking I don't remember that song. Yes, of course, the drop dead gorgeous Elvis RIP.
