Kate is trying to ignore Captain Mike. Is he right that she would still have gone to the hotel with him if she'd known he was married? Perhaps she's questioning herself about that one.

Don’t dress up in fancy uniforms to watch a football match. Never understood why boxing is a black tie event but then I’m a girly

What a monstrosity that dress is. Kieran is giving her a stern look, poor Kate, that's how you learn the hard way.

It's odd, isn't it Rhu that the men look so handsome in their dress uniforms yet the women are quite dowdy.

The dresses are just square, shapeless, ugly things, although, I think I've seen ladies versions of the men's with the tailored red jackets but long black skirts.

Think about it. The men have had centuries to perfect dress uniforms to set them off to best advantage whereas women have only started. Do’t want to look too ‘glam’ in case men don’t take them seriously.

Hi Ilove , Rhu and eejit have to agree with you all re the amount of boxing there has been so far in Soldier Soldier. I am wondering if nowadays it is actually as popular in the army as it was in earlier times. We did see a glimmer of a kick about type of football in the Nigeria tour of OG but not much other sport mentioned.

I had a refresher look at this episode earlier today so that I could follow your comments better, my binge watching was way back in January so I was pleased to find I enjoyed it all once more.

Ilove hi all well here thanks. I am watching bits of the debate now too and honestly nobody fills me with any confidence. They just go on and on. Really wouldn't know who to vote for if it was my job to decide on any one of them.

I'm the same. Boris is a total buffoon. If I had to choose, I would go for Jeremy Hunt but it has to be said that I have no time for any of them really.

I am also catching the news - just the same old, same old, it seems. What on earth are we all supposed to do - it just seems so hopeless and pointless.

I can do either day next week. If Thursday is preferred, that's fine with me.
