She has always seemed a highly strung sort of player/person to me, Konta. This year she seems to have chilled a bit- maybe found a coach who can deal with her a bit better .

I have just got home and seen that Rafa is not being shown.

I mean, I'm sure he is going to win, and the StanStef match is the match of the day, but even so.

The longer this goes on, obviously the more tired the winner will be ,facing Federer. Again, Stef might have the edge as the younger, fitter of the two.Might be quicker to recover.

But who knows. At the moment , Stan looks ok. Stef looks a little rattled.

I saw a clip of Tsitsipas chucking water bottles around or something. Looks close from the scoreline. I still want Stan to win.

Rafa seems to be getting along fine.

I’ve managed to find the Stan/Stefanos match on Greek tv - of course I’ve got no idea what the commentators are saying - they could be rambling on about beards and butterflies for all I know . Eek Stan just taken the third set.

Private I know I go on but, I am quite sure, if the schedule was reversed and Fed was playing now, and Rafa had played earlier- we would not be watching the Stan match at the moment.

Sorry Raahh but I'm glad ITV are showing Stan vs Stefanos. Better match, I'm sure, and there'll be plenty more chances to see Rafa. Just hope wraps this up in four.

kazza oh, I don't mind- I am confident Rafa is going to win, and it is the better match. I would have wanted to see this match too. My point is- had Federer been playing at this time, we would not be watching this match now, however good it is. We would be watching Federer versus Meyer. On ITV and Eurosport.
