It's odd, the other day, I'm sure there was only 4 matches scheduled on Chatrier. Play was finished quite early.

Today there are 5. 3 of which are men and have the potential to go to 5 sets. Makes no sense.

Ok, I read it wrong, thank fully! There are 4 matches. But Monfils will be lucky to finish today ( especially if it rains).

And fabrice has just said exactly what I was thinking!

I don't see the point of showing the first set of another match instead of finishing out the fifth set of this one. It annoys me when they do that.

Apparently, Nike told him the design incorporated the French revolution He also wittered on about two geese in the design because they are representative of Portland, Oregon, where Nike's HQ is! Well, Zverev won. But it was not an easy match for him. And he got a bit stroppy- as he does.

Annoyed that ITV didn't see fit to see the match to it's conclusion, though. Although, I'm very fond of Verdasco- (I have no time whatsoever for Evans, sorry).

The interview with Kyle was a bit cringe wasn’t it - I didn’t really get the geese thing especially when John inverdale said that he’d been like a goose on the court

I know I won't be that popular but I want Evans to win (sorry Raahh). I know he's a bit of a tit (and then some) but I like the way he plays, although you can't appreciate it as much on clay as you can on grass.
I can't see him beating Verdasco though, especially given the number of break points he's missed....although Evans has just broken back.
