Why have they broken down the front door when the back door was wide open? Honestly do they do their research into how police handle issues? I'm so disappointed in Emmerdale since they changed writers. It's awful.

So they've all come back from the football match to the pub and nobody noticed the police? This is a village where nobody can sneeze without it being reported to all and sundry.

I thought the same Cornelia how nobody else seemed to notice anything going on when there were about 20+ police spread all over!

Princess I guess because when the police walked in he was the only one with a gun. They didn't actually have any evidence that he hadn't fired the shot.

That's what I meant Hetty surely everyone would have to be questioned not just let wander outside to the ambulance. But I guess Hotten police have their own way of doing things

I just assumed that they knew Max was the one with the gun from Jessie's call and as Billy was trying to help the police catch Max they didn't see him as any sort of threat.

And April had given the police descriptions of everyone inside so they knew who to go for and they obviously knew what Billy looked like.

Oh Jessie, how stupid do you feel now knowing that Billy was guilty all along and that you drove Ellis away with your constant bleating about Billy being innocent.

I know Will is a bad guy but he actually makes a good addition to Emmerdale and can actually act. I wonder if him and Harriet will end up together playing happy families with Dawn and Lucas.

Just caught up on this weeks episodes, a wasted opportunity not getting rid of Jessie, she really is the worst actor going.

Billy putting the guilts on Marlon was so unfair, basically saying my mum will chose me so suck it up buttercup or you'll lose.

And since Marlon lost his backbone some years ago he'll do what Jessie wants, the big eejit.

If he'd any sense he'd chuck them all out.

What a load of rubbish , as if Marlon would put up with this nonsense and as I always point out why are they all living in Marlon’s small cottage ,, why is it a choice just feck off and live somewhere else they are adults

I quite like Will and Harriet together, I wonder if they will go for it if Dawn really does leave

Jessie, as a parent, is putting her sons first. Marlon should have done the same a long time ago and put April first. Him and Jessie should have never got married.

And there is absolutely no need for Jessie's adult sons to be living in that tiny cottage with them all.

Oh and I'm quite disappointed with Jessie that she hasn't yet apologised to Ellis for the horrible way she has treated him when he was right about Billy all along.
